The location is super convenient and can be reached by walking from the center. However, the location is too central and there is noise. The room is old and has a bit of a smell. I couldn't sleep at all on the first night.

Great place to stay and staff is very good. Walkable to the beach and towards major restaurant area in the city. Metro is close as well. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel in good location, plenty of bars and eating places in the area. Easy walk to La rambla and the harbour. We had to change rooms but hotel gave us bottle of Cava to compensate, special mention for Xavier on reception, nice man,very friendly and helpful. Will certainly book this hotel again.

The staff were lovely, friendly and all took pride in where they worked. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and I look forward to staying here again.

I am writing this review for constructive criticism.
Very positive experience and I would come back again.
Pros:
The location is great, 2 mins walking distance to a major train station. Walking distance to many great attractions like la rambla and Gothic quarter. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons
Room are old, mattress was not really comfortable and they gave us two twin beds instead of one king bed, and bathroom noise is very loud.

Excellent customer service at the front desk
We supposed to live at the end of reservation and for problems with the flight they gave us one more day (paid) even they are full at that time

The hotel is modern and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily.
There are 2 elevators.
Location is excellent with close proximity to public transport and attractions. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very reasonable , is tasty and has good variety.
This is a city hotel so some noise from the street is to be expected.
Our evenings were punctuated by singing by what might have been a drunk. If you are sensitive to noise, bring ear phones or request a room on the upper floors.
I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, one can get very fast to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the breakfast was OK, it lacked some variety. Also, the bedding's could have been changed more often. But all in all a good value hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the decor is mostly fresh and in good condition. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We didn’t have the best sleep, though - the beds were quite hard, the soundproofing wasn’t great and the air conditioning was noisy. The location is good with some excellent bars and restaurants nearby, the metro and several good bus routes very close and in walking distance of the marina and the St Antoni market.
