The room and service were very poor. 1. We dragged our large suitcase and found the hotel by address. There was no front desk or service staff. We found a second location with a front desk and staff, but we were told that we would not check in here and let us go to the third location. With five large pieces of luggage, we went down the street to three different locations in the hotel you arranged, and ended up staying in a room with no front desk or service staff. The person who checked in at the second location was rude. There is no one to guide you at these three locations, so you have to find them all by yourself. 2. The room I stayed in was a divided room in a very old residence. It was very noisy. The walls were not soundproof, the single-glazed windows were not soundproof, and the shouts on the street made me unable to sleep all night long. 3. This is a very low-end family hotel room. But they charge local Samsung prices. Won't stay here again.
