Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location. Hop on hop off bus is a nice walk away. The Metro is very near by. The hotel is quiet so sleep was easy. Staff are wonderful, speak great english. Plenty hot water, beds comfortable, clean. Air conditioning worked very well. All one needs for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location. Close to central places, near a metro station and easy to get to from the airport. Very nice staff. Hotel in good condition, very clean and tidy. Clean and renovated room. There is no tea corner in the room, but there is in the lobby for a fee. Delicious breakfast. Hope to visit this hotel again.

It is located in a good district , frontdesk functional/attentive ! Room/bathroom is clean and good , i like the balcony view ! Bed comfortable and two free water bottles! Didn't try the breakfast as soround are plenty of cafe and restaurant also metro is next door.

Beautiful modern room with a large rain shower. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced every single day. Every staff member was super friendly. The location is also great when visiting a conference near Fira - Europe. It's right next to a metro station and 5-10 min. walking from the large Plaça d'Espanya square, with metro lines, underground trains and buses. Due to COVID-19, the hotel did not serve breakfast. However, next to the hotel is a nice small bakery and a coffee bar.

Very new and clean hotel with kind staff, excellent location and close to the metro, located in a street full of restaurants and coffee shops, good breakfast and excellent room service. This is my tenth trip to Barcelona in the last ten years, and is the first stay in this hotel. In my future trips to Barcelona, here will be my first choice to stay.

Friendly helpful staff who speak great English. Great breakfast selection from 7 till 10, sweet and savoury. Somewhere secure to store cases. 24 hour reception. Near tube station. Clean and tidy. Mini bar and safe. Air con and WiFi. Lift to all floors.

This hotel is the perfect local for seeing the sights in Barcelona. The location enables you to walk to areas of interest or get on the open top tour buses. The bars around the hotel are cheap and serve nice food and drink Would stay here again Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned We had a small balcony overlooking the Gran Via Staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean, room spacious, breakfast offerings extensive, site centrally positioned for walking and visiting many attractions. Above all one receptionist went above and beyond in looking after us as EasyJet cancelled flight.
