Excellent

Huge difference between premium room and executive suites. Seems like it's due to the old and new wing. Definitely not a 4 star hotel for this premium room.

Good place

It's a 20-year-old hotel, but it's a rural hotel that's not managed. But it costs 120,000 won including breakfast. If the breakfast was delicious, I wouldn't say anything. It's a quality that I wouldn't eat even if I paid 200 pesos. You can think of the hotel facilities as the picture. It's not managed. The bathroom is full of filth. And the shower is almost blocked, and water only comes out in a few places.

The room is a bit old and the hygiene is average. There is no phone in the room. There is a restaurant in the lobby downstairs, and the food is pretty good. It seems that another area of ​​the hotel is being renovated.

The hotel is very nice and the environment is also very good. I will consider it next time!

Good Hotel

Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Quiet. Nice place to relax. Great for couples trying to get away from the city and have a good time. Restaurant was friendly and lots of choice of food for everyone. Pools are clean and not too crowded. Very family friendly.

Booked the Agoncillo Hall for 75pax last May 31 for the baptism of my daughter. I paid the corkage for lechon but the staff did not provide a space for it for display and had it already chopped inside their kitchen. After the party, we found a huge tray of lechon under the buffet table complete with lechon skin and all. They did not serve it to the guests. I dont know why they kept it there. Very unprofessional. We told the manager about it but he just shrugged it off like it was nothing alarming.

This resort is discriminating to fellow Filipinos as they prioritize and give a better service to foreigners. I had a bad experience eating in their in their restaurant. Waiting for a long time for someone to attend and give me the menu. I even stood up and ask if someone can attend our table. I also noticed that when a British family came in after me, atleast 3 servers came right to their table with all smiles in their faces and with menus on their hands. I felt discriminated in my own country. They always look down to their fellow Filipinos always assuming that Pinoy tourists can afford less. I dont want to brag about it but I can even afford better than these foreigners haha. But I just saw this kind of service and treatment from #Pontefino so I always advice to all my friends coming to visit Batangas to go somewhere with better service, better resort, better food. #Pontefino you can do better than this and stop discriminating your guests.

The crews were polite and helpful. They were also attentive. Much to say, the food were also well prepared and delicious. The place were clean, food arrangement were lined up accordingly. The sounds made the breakfast relaxing and chill. I was surely satisfied.

The hotel had a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles upon arrival. They were attentive to my questions and handled my requests with ease. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was a beautifully designed one-bedroom located in the newer part of the hotel. The room had all the essentials we needed, including a living and dining area, kitchenette, work desk, cable TVs, air-conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It also offered convenient access to the hotel’s new swimming pool. The food at the café was delightful, offering a great blend of local and international dishes. The staff were attentive throughout our meal. I would highly recommend this hotel to both families and solo travelers who want great value for their money and enjoy trying new experiences.
