Location of the hotel is superb, with walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre near Romans bath.
General atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is comfy and nicely decorated.
However, when we first got into the room, I noticed there was a used bath towel (probably left by the previous guest) left hanging inside the bathroom which is not so good…..😊
Otherwise it is good and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a decent good hotel near city centre.

Great hotel. Really central to bath town. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Couldn’t fault it especially at that price point! Would return

Rooms is spacious enough, bed is comfortable. Hotel buffet breakfast is just fine. Theres not much choices but the service on check in/out is good. Dont expect much on lift, lift is small and quiet slow.

Worst hotel experience ever! Arrived around 6 pm, & front desk told us our room was not made yet. Thankfully, another lady came & said it was. Some faulty alarm kept going on for a long time at night, & noone could fix it.. Rooms were all booked, so couldn’t move. Was told that we would get some refund, affer approval from management, however, very irresponsible management who do not bother to respond at all!

Hotel located in the town center and closed to the famous historic spots. Within 10 minutes walk and you could do shopping, sightseeing and dinning whatever you like. Hotel breakfast is great with vary choices of food. Additional a large car parking facility and supermarket just next to the hotel. It’s make your trip more convenient. Must book again if I go to Bath next time.

Nice room, bathroom was a bit outdated. Would’ve been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast was nice.

Location is good, walking distance to all attractions and restaurants, Waitrose next door. The carpark is close, though a bit expensive but easy to park, and many spaces. Room is considered spacious for our family of 3 and breakfast is good. All staff are polite.

It was nice location and Good mood.Especially the breakfast was brilliant. But there is no water in the room and the elevator number was limited.

Evening meal menu is minimal, no desserts or room service.
Lunch menu basic and expensive.
Hotel looks lovely just a shame not fully operational and upto Hilton standard.
No room cleaning and asked three times for clean towels and then they brought only one!
Given cookie with nuts and no checking on allergens.
Asked for sweets alternative and told just for kids!
Reception team are rude and not helpful.
Room hot and air con not working.

The location is perfect and it’s a walking distance to the central! We didn’t use our car at all. The facilities in the hotel is good but we found that the bathrooms are quite small even in the bigger rooms. The cleanliness was good but can be a bit better i.e. lime-scales. The restaurant menu was okay but again needs a bit more variety. It’s not a big deal since you are in central so overall it was a good stay.

Recommend! Perfect location, very central. We were able to check in early as the room was ready before the expected time and we were offered a free upgrade to the superior twin room (booked the twin room).
Good beds, comfy pillows, nice toiletries. The terrace looked like a nice place to sit and have a drink, though we didn't have time as there's plenty to do and see in Bath.

You should consider another hotel to stay for you . NOT this hotel .
In Aug They announced air conditioning was broken when we’ve arrived at 8pm room was not comfortable . They should have announced it in advance at least few days before .
We claimed they should have reported it to customers so we could have choose another options .
BUT They just told us they can make our reservation free cancellation. What a arrogant attitude!
We tried to order room service but not only they don’t have enough variety of menu they told us some menu ( what we ordered) were not available AFTER we ordered 40min ago
My kids were so tired and hungry but they have no option other than choose something else .
Additionally maybe they don’t check cleaning conditions every day
their shampoo and body soap were both empty probably they didn’t check always .
We met manager to discuss their staff service
They promised to send us update via email but they didn’t reply any for 3weeks
That’s their service standard here in double tree bath .
