Had an amazing & wonderful trip with my beloved husband. Its a special.treat for his birthday. Thank you Parkroyal Penang for the extraordinary hospitality with complimentary room upgraded to the Lanai Suite and delicious birthday cake. My husband really enjoyed his birthday treat. We just love everything about your resort. Everything nearby and walking distance. Your food is really good . We dine in at Cinnamon and Gustoso food is delicious. Kudos to chef and services staff too. Talking about cleanliness wow my room.is top notch clean with comfortable bed and lovely view. Really love everything about Parkroyal Penang ! Last but not least the STAFF itself who play very important role for the hotel. Even the hotel is full house they never fail to smile , chit chat and serving an excellent services to the guest They all very warm.n friendly 💐💐💐💕💕💕 Big thank you to.all.of them and tgey deserve to be rewarded accordingly ! We recently stayed at Park Royal Penang Resort and had a wonderful experience. One of the standout features was the complimentary ice dispenser in the level lobby — such a thoughtful and convenient touch, especially on hot days. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily complimentary biscuits, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. The resort is perfectly located near the beach and a lively stretch of bazaar street, where we loved the night bustle. There are plenty of dining options just outside the hotel, making it easy to explore local flavors. We also got great help from the customer service team, who assisted with transport arrangements to explore around Penang — so convenient! The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and very convenient, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Park Royal Penang Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Since we had to check out early and had already paid for the breakfast buffet, we requested them to pack breakfast for us. They graciously accommodated our request and made sure to pack the pastries, which was a lovely touch. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time that we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Penang.

I had a very wonderful stay at Park Royal. I stayed for one night during my birthday, and it was also our quick honeymoon getaway. The check-in process was smooth, and they also gave me a complimentary birthday cake. That was so sweet of them! The beach is, in my opinion, the best at Batu Ferringhi. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with the hospitality. The hotel paid great attention to every detail.

Had a wonderful stay. The room are clean & quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good. My son love the Kids Club, the staff there were attentive, sweet & very friendly.

A very comfortable hotel, located near the beach. With the beauty of nature, it feels peaceful staying at this hotel. Outside the hotel, there are also many eateries and souvenir shops. The breakfast at this hotel is of high quality and delicious. This is my second time staying here, and I hope to come back again.
