Jinyi Hotel still has good service as always, which made me feel at ease and efficient. There is also butler service when I check in, and the room staff even does laundry. The reception staff are warm and friendly, the attitude is very good, the room is spacious and bright, the sleeping is very comfortable, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Absolutely the first choice for business trips, I hope Jinyi will open more and more

服務熱情周到，周邊交通非常的便利，這次和朋友出來旅遊住的之前出公差一直來的都是找這次説帶朋友過來體驗體驗，朋友也做的非常好，總算是在他們面前沒有丟面兒，早餐廳的特色也非常的多，都不用出去外面吃，就可以吃到內蒙當地的特色羊雜，燒麥和撈麪，來了好多次了，每次來了都有不一樣的體驗，服務框尤其是服務框的特色，一集一集在更新，非常的讓人意外，不管怎麼説，希望錦怡可以改越來越多的分店兒，到家時的服務真的是沒話説
設施：設施設備齊全，有效，雖然智能化的東西不多，但是足夠了，人情味兒非常的足
衞生：衞生方面也得到了很大的提升，可能是酒店年限比較長，但是衞生細節服務做的也非常的不錯
環境：環境整體給人一種優美大方的感覺，走在走廊裏麪，尤其是床上，牆上的壁畫都有一種味道不一樣的感覺
服務：服務尤其尤其尤其是非常的不錯，不管是從經典的禮賓到前台的服務，再到餐廳，都是一體化的服務，前台的熱情度，細心程度竟然能記住我的姓氏，這都讓我很意外

住了好多次指甲酒店了，這是出差我的首選酒店真的感覺非常不錯，因為已經習慣了，不管是從裡邊還是到前台，再到房間再到餐廳整體都是非常的協調，非常不錯的，他們後院有停車場還能免費給家玻璃水，尤其是李彬的電氣小夥都特別的熱情，前台整體細節服務特別的周到，來過之後就能記住你的名字跟那種非常親切的感覺，尤其是他們的服務框，對待我們這種經常出差的真的非常的友好，可以隨去隨用一樓，還有商務區辦公區餐廳的早餐，有羊仔燒賣和撈麪，味道都非常的美味客房還給提供洗衣服還能洗衣浴，整體感覺都非常不錯，非常噗噗走習慣了，對待這種像家一般的酒店，真心好感，值得推薦
