There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we entered the room, and we couldn't watch the TV. The front desk said that the room was full and we couldn't change it. We could change it the next morning, but we had to leave too, so there was no need to bother. The room was very small and embarrassing. There are tea stains on the sink. There are very few breakfast options, the restaurant is small, and the tabletops are not clean.
