GGuest UserLava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

There are three options for a simple breakfast, the efficiency is very good, the room is convenient with the kitchen to cook by yourself, the room is very spacious and the price is affordable

AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel is a three-star hotel, there is a swimming pool + bubble pool, there is a table tennis table, and the space atmosphere has a holiday feeling (although I stayed for 2 nights and didn't go to the bubble). The location of the hotel is in the pier residential area.
The room was small and the two boxes could not be opened. In front of each room, there was a simple wooden chair, but it was basically faded.
Breakfast is served per person, a bit slow. Starting at seven o'clock, everyone generally has to catch up with the eight-point day tour group, some are too late.

Von allen Hotels, die ich auf den galapagos Inseln hatte war es nicht nur der teuerste Aufenthalt sondern im Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch der schlechteste. Das einzig gute war der liebevolle Service. Der Rest war nun wirklich für den Preis sehr unpassend. Leider hatte ich noch das Unglück, dass Wasser in mein Zimmer von der oberen Etage gelaufen ist, weil die Gäste über mir scheinbar alles zum überlaufen gebracht haben. Es wurde schnell gelöst, das war super.
Jedoch sieht man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und das Hotelzimmer roch nach Schimmel und muffig. Sehr schade ! Kann ich für den Preis überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

KkotokotoripThis was an absolutely fantastic place to stay.
The location was great, close to the pier, and there were cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.
The room was spotlessly clean, and although we happened to be there during cleaning time, several staff members were meticulously cleaning it.
All the staff were smiling and friendly, and when we tried to check out early in the morning without prior notice, they packed breakfast for us right there and then.
