退房沒人幫忙搬運箱子😂一個女生衹能這樣祈禱不摔下樓梯，住了四晚有二晚妹沒熱水沖澡，一晚100美金價格偏貴但加島值得去

This charming hotel is a nice little oasis in Santa Cruz. The owner Isabella was absolutely lovely and made us all feel like we were at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean with AC and hot water. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was a perfect place to recoup from the heat after excursions and time in the city. The sweet resident dog Lava was by far the highlight for my kids during our stay.

This is a very basic hotel. Our first night was very noisy from traffic but they were kind enough to move us down a room and it was much better. Not much for amenities. Very basic breakfast. Overall clean and tidy. Staff very nice.

This is a clean, basic hotel relatively close walking distance to the Main Street where there are numerous shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included and made for you (not buffet) but again, is very basic. The hotel grounds are very nice and staff is very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious room, very clean! Surrounded by nature, fruit trees, tropical gardens and peaceful serenity. The owner is lovely! We enjoyed delicious very fresh breakfasts at the hotel. The hotel dog, Lava was a cute treat too! Short walk to town.

We stayed for 3 nights during our stay at santa cruz booked by takiri tour provider. We really enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious, clean, air conditioning and has a natural trees all around. Only improvement could be a locker in the room. Otherwise it is 5 star.

Great stay. Better breakfast than other hostals. The plants and hammocks make for a nice environment. It was double the cost of our other hostals in puerto ayora but I wouldn’t stay it was 2x better than the other areas.

A warm inviting safe hotel within walking distance of wharf area. Hostess Isabella is A#! - EXCELLENT. She even walked with us downtown to find a great restaurant the first day we were there. The breakfast is yummy and served in an outdoor setting. Isabella also helped us with issues we had with our travel agency and also when one of our group fell on the sidewalk away from the hotel. Each day we stayed there (4 days) we grew to love it more and more. Plenty of bottled water to fill our bottles too. Rooms were simple but very comfortable and roomy. I recommend you stay here! BTW: Masks are not required on Galapagos Island.
