Мы останавливались с мужем на 4 ночи, и нам так понравилось, что мы не хотели уезжать) Нас встретил замечательный хозяин, который сделал наше пребывание в гостях - как дома. Мы были окружены заботой и помощью в любых вопросах - от советов до покупки билетов в Тбилиси. От отеля пешком до моря всего 5 минут прогулочным шагом. Море - чистое и теплое. Чуть вдалеке от трассы, а потому ночью тихо. До действительно вкусных кафе - также 5 минут пешком. В номере есть все, что нужно, но если понадобится что-то сверх того - персонал готов помочь круглосуточно. В отеле всегда есть горячая вода в душе, кондиционер в номере спасал нас от июльской жары. В отеле идеальная чистота и крайне гостеприимный персонал. Мы с нетерпением ждем возможности вернуться, спасибо, Egrisi и Зауру за гостеприимство!

Great location, the hotel itself is very beautiful. Furniture, decor. There were robes and even scales. Breakfast was wonderful, in a beautiful restaurant. Russian-speaking staff.

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. The environment is very good. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room. The overall service was good. The hotel swimming pool was also very good. From the room, we could see the Ferris wheel and the beautiful view of the seaside. It was very beautiful. The breakfast was rich. The overall equipment of the hotel was old.

I'd like to point out the hotel's excellent location and delicious breakfast with a decent selection. The reception staff's friendliness was definitely average; they didn't seem particularly interested, and they couldn't even find a vase for flowers or offer even a bucket as an alternative. Haven't they ever had a single guest with a bouquet in their entire history? And of course, the hotel needs renovation. The plumbing in particular. The bathroom faucet didn't have a strainer, causing it to splash water everywhere. The shower head was literally falling apart, and we both got scratched. And the smell from the pipes, apparently... it made the whole room smell like a toilet. The bed was good, but there was no light at all except the overhead light, although judging by the switches, there used to be some lamps on the nightstands. All in all, a potentially great hotel, but a very tired one.

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

Отель старый , но за свои деньги ОК’ Рядом церковь с колокольней. Поэтому с 8 утра каждые 15 минут бьют в колокола . Матрас ужасный, продавленный по середине
