The room is spacious, everything is necessary, in 4 days the cleaning has not been carried out at all, but based on the staff and number of residents, there are no claims! ) There were some nuances with the settlement as there are many corpses, but in general, the hotel recommends for comfortable accommodation.

The room is spacious and comfortable. In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water. Everything is very clean. Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Clean, in perfect condition. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean. The soap is fragrant. There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Excellent internet. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

The room is modern and it has a nice design with a clean large balcony. The entire building and room are very clean but the bed linen could be of a higher quality (I probably sweated because of the over matress layer which is made of synthetic material.

Хороший новый отель с бассейном, расположен недалеко от аэропорта и посёлка Гонио, где есть старинная крепость и хороший пляж с чистой водой (на такси минут 10-15). Напротив же самого отеля расположена длинная городская набережная - неособо для купания, но ней приятно прогуляться с утра. В отеле хорошие завтраки. И овощи и фрукты и йогурта и выпечка, кофе натуральный. Персонал вежливый, говорит по-русски. Номер дали с видом на бассейн и море, за что отдельное спасибо. В номере есть все необходимое, включая халаты. До центра города на такси от отеля можно доехать за 10 минут, такси недорогое.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfasts are very good. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you with any problems.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
