Из хорошего - местоположение и вид на море. Но, честно говоря, береговая линия такая длинная, что можно легко выбрать другой вариант с не менее хорошим расположением.
Квартира очень грустная. Мебель вся дешёвая настолько, насколько это только возможно.
На 3 ночи на 2 человек оставили по большому полотенца и маленькому. Серьёзно?
В квартире есть стиральная машина, но нет даже одной таблетки для неё. Есть посуда, но нет средства для её мытья. Опять, на 3 ночи на 2 человек оставили по 1 крошечному тюбику шампуня и по такому же крошечному гелю для душа.
Уборки не предусмотрено. Мне интересно, а если семья заселяется на неделю, у них за это время тоже не уберутся и не поменяют полотенца?
Электрика - это отдельная песня. Рано или поздно в этой квартире произойдёт пожар, и начнётся он с лампы в ванной. В ванной кстати не закрывается дверь, ибо сломан замок. Я не понимаю, почему нельзя всё починить прежде, чем заселять людей?
При выселении нам сказали подождать 10 мин пока проверят, всё ли в порядке с квартирой. Я понимаю, что это нормальное требование, но можно как-то предупредить об этом заранее? Люди могут опаздывать в аэропорт.
Телевизор не работает - отключён за неуплату, вай фай есть, но пользоваться им невозможно, так как надо залогиниться.
Недалеко есть ресторан Sunset, откуда полночи гремит музыка. Если вам тяжело заснуть, то это для вас станет серьёзным испытанием.
Мы были в номере 2218, и я никому его не советую.

The hotel is nice from the outside, but the rooms inside are typical for employees. Terrible noise outside the window, construction site open 24 hours . It's better to pay extra and book a better seat. I do not recommend this hotel for rest. Mainly workers from Russia live here.

We went on July2022 to the orbi sea towers in Batumi, Georgia. Altough the tower wasn't fully finished when we first arrived e.g the 1rst floor area, it was eventually finishing within pur two week stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and beautiful. The apartment itself was a bit small for the four of us with no bedrooms but it was nicely decorated. The room also included and AC which was so good for the hot weather. I overall loved the stay.

Do not come here unless you know someon secure to rent the apartment from him. Unfortunately, i failed into a group of scammers who tried to rent me an apartment with blocked sink and no safety lock! Also the sheets were dirty! And It takes 10-15 to catch an elevator . He wants also to take an extra 50 dollar for taxi!! لاتقربونها الا اذا تعرفون مؤجر ثقه حاولو يلعبون علينا

We organized it ourselves. Stay in Kutaisi with a private host, Medea, who provides both travel and fairly detailed (I would recommend) everything. We visited many objects that are different from those seen in other countries. Lots of beautiful nature and national attractions. Batumi is also a beautiful city with spectacular new projects and spectacular botanical gardens.

Feeling fully excited! I'll begin from the city of Batumi. It's incredibly beautiful with colourful views and sightseengs. It's also rich by its historical places. Now I want to say about Hotel Orbi. We were spending time In Block G. My family and I are suprised with high quality and experienced staff. They were trying everything for us. There were no questions without answers from the reception. If they had no idea the were calling somone else and find out. They were always smiling and tryind to get us on a good mood. Thanks a lot from our family. Willing to come back next season. All the best!

Great place! Very cozy apartment. Higly recommended to everyone! Me and my family spend wonderful time. Lots of street markets and restaurants. Beautiful sea views and air. Kind and friendly staff. Welcoming people
