XiaoshenThis is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!

Guest UserExcellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

깐나님This was my first trip with just my husband, after always traveling with the kids. I put a lot of thought into choosing our accommodation, debating whether to split our 5-night stay into two different places or stay in one. In the end, we decided to stay here for all 5 nights, and it was an excellent choice! The best parts were the buggy service to Terminal 21 and the late-night swimming (until 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and until midnight on other days). The views were beautiful, and everyone was so friendly. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and are now heading back.

Guest UserThe shower stall leaks every time I shower. The TV remote was broken, but I wasn't planning on watching anyway. The 'sea view room' only offers a distant view of the sea; up close, directly below, is a cluster of machinery rooms. The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 500-meter walk. The so-called 'happy hour' was just a chaotic free-for-all with a bunch of Westerners and a few Koreans grabbing food, completely disorganized, noisy, and messy! On the positive side, housekeeping was prompt and thorough. All in all, the room facilities and amenities for a club level room shouldn't be like this. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to friends!

VenarineThe hotel is in a very busy area. At night, the noise from the shops down the alley is really loud, but surprisingly, the room itself was quieter than I expected – I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. The room always had a faint, pleasant scent. It was spacious, and the bathroom was large with a comfortable bathtub for soaking. You could also see a distant sea view.
The breakfast offered a lot of variety; some dishes were delicious, some were just okay, and some weren't very good.
The downsides were that the hairdryer was incredibly weak (only 1200W, and even on setting 3, the airflow was very low). Also, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning; I'm not sure if it was actually adjustable. Overall, it was very good.

IrinatwinsmomExcellent hotel! Spacious rooms, large clean pools, and a cozy atmosphere. The night market with Russian cuisine is within walking distance. Friendly staff who responded quickly to all requests. A big request to the hotel owner: please replace the worn tablecloths in the dining area and get rid of the ants in the rooms 🙏 Overall, everything was good. We will definitely be back many times over 💖

MarusyEverything about the hotel was great: the hospitality, the convenient location. The beach is just across the road, and it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cleaned, and towels are changed daily. Breakfasts are good, varied, and offer everything you could want. The grounds are beautiful. You can tell the hotel is well-maintained, even though it hasn't been renovated in a long time. I highly recommend it for families looking for peace and enjoyment. By the way, the deposit is $100, not 2,000 baht, as stated in the Trip.com conditions.

ไปกันใหญ่Pros:
Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth.
The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach.
Cons:
The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room.
Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal.

Ghost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby!
They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need.
Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
