GGuest UserAmazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

GGuest UserPaloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. We had a pleasant holiday. Since we will be there on the night of check-in, I called the hotel and informed of the situation. When I went to the hotel, they said whether we were hungry, and if we were hungry, they would prepare something for us. The staff are very kind and smiling people. For this price, this is a very good hotel.

It is in a great location. Beautiful large pools. A variety of food, you can eat almost at any time. Dinners in different themes of different cuisines of the world. Well-equipped stylish beach.
On the downside, there is a noisy hotel nearby with a club area right in front of the windows. On the first day when we arrived there was music until 1.30 am. We had not slept well the night before because of the flight and wanted to go to bed early. But we could not fall asleep, the music was playing very loudly.
When we asked to move to a quieter room, the receptionist said that the hotel was completely full, more rooms were sold than there were and they could not move us. The next day, the receptionist also said that they could not move us - everything was occupied. In addition, not a single pool is heated, although the forecast promised 19 degrees in the coming days. The shows in the hotel are interesting, there is a large screen and huge speakers. But the bass in them plays very loudly, like in a club. My wife is pregnant, it is harmful for her to be in such a noisy place and swim in unheated pools, and we asked to check out of the hotel early, a few days earlier. To move to a quieter hotel with heated pools. At the reception they said that with these issues to contact trip.com. I wrote there, the service immediately got involved in solving the issue. But the hotel did not answer them for 2 days. After which the hotel informed the service that it was denying the request. There are no questions to trip.com, they were in touch all the time and gave compensation from themselves. But there are big questions to the hotel in this regard. Only on the 4th day of stay we were offered an alternative room option, but it turned out to be with a view of the water slide, although we initially paid for a more expensive one with a view of the sea, which turned out to be very noisy. The hotel also refused to compensate the difference in rooms.

GGuest UserBreakfast is rich, there is a parking lot, it is a parent-child hotel, with a place to play with the baby. The children are fully equipped and have a wide variety of meals. There is also a Western food, you can eat Western food and drinks all day, value for money, it is recommended to stay for at least three days, a completely relaxing holiday! In addition to our one Chinese tourists, the rest have Russian, European and American tourists. It’s awkward to play with, it’s a family with children, and a leisure vacation. It is recommended to take the child with such a journey. The child is not playing enough.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right by the sea, three or five minutes away from the station, close to the museum, with its own restaurant, beach, tea house, the entire hotel is as large as a garden, the greenery is very good, and it is based on hillsides and monuments. The staff was very welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, and a heart-shaped towel was made with bougainvillea. The balcony was filled with fragrant honeysuckle in the morning, and the orange tree had fruit. Our room was just for the promotion of China, Japan and Korea, and it was a dinner. The buffet breakfast was very rich. In a scenic spot where dining is generally expensive, it is really wonderful to have a free dinner! Live and don't want to go. Asian tourists are very rare, they are very friendly to us and highly recommend this hotel!
