If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren came out for vacation, but they only arranged two large beds. How could people sleep? Finally, after communicating with the front desk receptionist again and again, the problem was solved! It was not Ctrip customer service who helped me solve the problem! Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

I booked a partial ocean view garden room and was extremely satisfied with it. The room was large and clean, with a beautiful garden view and a distant view of the sea. The hotel is perfect for relaxing; you could easily spend a whole day lounging on one of the tree chairs. There's a small shopping center just a five or six-minute walk away, offering convenient shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

The hotel setting is relatively simple, the overall environment is quite good, close to the beach, the hotel parking is not Ouhugui, self-parking 35, hotel parking 40, there is an important thing! It is necessary to live on the high floor, 10 floors or more is the best, we were arranged to the 3rd floor on the first night, there is a very common kind of annoying Xiaoqiang! Later, I communicated with the hotel at night and changed to the 12th floor. It was really scary. I must live on the high floor! ! The area where the hotel is located is located in Lahaina. There is a place to buy and eat in 5 minutes by car. There is ABC. Don't worry about breakfast. There are also pharmacies nearby. In short, it is not bad. ～

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the time here totally. The entire facility has been very good – everything seems to be maintained, invited and designed with love. The cleanness of the room was most impressed. It was not only clean, but really fresh, properly and perfectly prepared, so we felt well from the first moment. The location is also a great highlight: central, but still relaxes – exactly the right mix. From here we could reach everything conveniently, and the nearby beaches were just beautiful. Ideal for relaxation, swimming and sunset. Overall our stay was successful. We are very happy to come back and can absolutely recommend this place.

I really liked the spacious room with a classic feel. However, the floor was not cleaned at all, so I had to wear shoes.. The cleaning part was very disappointing. Still, the auxiliary facilities swimming pool and morning coffee bar were very impressive. Another advantage of this hotel is that there is a very beautiful beach nearby. I won't go there again... but next time I really want to go to a place right in front of the beach! Still, the view from the room was nice and nice.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

Don’t get breakfast package, they don’t serve breakfasts anymore, but they still charge you in the reservation. Also, they don’t refund that portion. They also don’t clean up the rooms unless you get a week or more, and they only clean it once. Some staff aren’t very friendly, like the towel guy. Nice views though and nice pool.
