GGuest UserBecause of the resort’s high ratings on Trip.com, I arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay was somewhat disappointing.
The Positives:
The resort is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery, making walks around the property very relaxing. The welcome drinks and breakfast beverages were fresh and delicious, and most of the staff were friendly and supportive.
The Negatives:
Check-in & Check-out issues: Despite arriving late (around 6 PM), I had to wait a long time for them to find an available room. I was also asked to either leave a deposit or let them hold my ID. Worse, upon checkout, they refused to return my deposit immediately, stating I had to wait until the next day.
Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor. It was disappointing enough that I only ate there once.
The worst thing was the lack of security. Even though I had locked two locks from the inside before going to sleep, the cleaner was still able to open the door and walk in. When I checked out, the manager tried to explain it away, but it felt incredibly unsafe and completely different from any other resort I’ve ever stayed at.

The staff are friendly and patient with children. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need, and it's easy to get around, making it perfect for families with kids. A perfect experience!

GGuest UserDecided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!

ZZhuxiaojie1. The hotel rooms aren't new, but the staff are all incredibly nice.
2. The hotel can help book buses to Ho Chi Minh City and other destinations, which was a huge relief since many drivers don't speak English well enough to pick up guests directly from the hotel. That's a great service.
3. I had a SPA treatment by the sea, listening to the waves. An hour cost about 100 RMB, which is much better value than in Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Overall, the hotel's dining isn't expensive and offers great value for money. I stayed at the resort for four nights and was very satisfied.
5. The hotel has a private beach, so you can head out around 5 AM to watch the sunrise, which was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserA decent hotel to stay at, centrally located in Mui Ne, close to cafes, shops, massage parlors, and more. The grounds are green and cozy. While we were there, they were building a separate children's area, although I didn't notice many little ones. The room was nice in a five-story building with a view of the hotel grounds and the sea. The room itself was decent, although the bathroom fixtures were a bit tired, and the bed was comfortable and large. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was changed daily, but I couldn't tell how often they changed the bed linen. The food was good; you won't go hungry, but it was quite repetitive. Fruit options included passion fruit, papaya, watermelon, bananas, and dragon fruit. Omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and phobo were also a hit with me. I really enjoyed the vanthong. The pool is clean, but when you're swimming with goggles, it doesn't seem like it's enough. Plus, our mentality is to just splash into the water sweaty and covered in sunscreen... The only downside is the ”gym”—in quotes—it's practically nonexistent. Otherwise, the hotel is a 4-star.

MMadHelgaWe had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning.
The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.)
The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs.
The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available.
Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

GGuest UserWe have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

There's a friendly, Russian-speaking owner. The rooms are clean, and the staff is good. Daily housekeeping is provided.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but there's everything you need. Towels and linens are clean.
Our room had a balcony facing the street, which was very noisy. The air conditioning was right above the bed, blowing air directly onto our heads.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staircases and landings are very narrow, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage.
The breakfasts are sparse, but edible.
The pool is small but quite deep and clean. The sun loungers don't have mattresses, and there are no beach towels provided.
The internet connection is good everywhere. There are cafes and shops nearby.

颜颜值担当少女2号This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.
