Rental basis: Entire house or apartmentNumber of bedrooms: 2; Number of other rooms with beds: 1All 2 bedroom units are 6 persons. This is strictly enforced!Smoking is not permitted inside the units. Smoking is restricted to the balcony/porch area of each unit. A fine of $150 will be charged to the occupants if a violation occurs.No Smoking is permitted in common areas such as the pools and tennis courts.Each unit is well appointed with everything you should need while on vacation. Linens for 6 or 8 people (depending on the unit size) are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that pool/beach towels are not provided. We ask that you do not use the bath towels as a supplement. Please do not remove any towels from the unit.Upon arrival your unit will have a starter kit of detergents, soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper.There is a pavilion swimming pool on site that is heated during the months of March, April, September, and October. There is also a larger pool on property that is not heated.Bikes are highly recommended to fully enjoy your vacation. Please call Palmetto Bikes to reserve your bikes in advance. In the summer months bikes do tend to sell out.If you reserve in advance your bikes will be in front of your condo when you arrive.There are 7 Weber gas grills located on the property, at no charge, for your use. Please do not use any self-provided charcoal grills on the back porch of your unit.All local phone calls are free of charge. International calls cannot be completed through our phone system. Each unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi.Should you need any baby items (cribs, playpens, high chairs, etc.) during your stay, please contact Baby’s Away. Any items you reserve will be delivered directly to your unit and set up prior to your arrival.Alligators live among us! Be gator safe! Please do not approach or harass the alligators. I’m loyal to Hilton brand hotels, but their service has went down since the pandemic. The only time you see housekeeping is when it’s time to checkout. They want to make sure you are out of your room by checkout time. I’m very impressed with this Marriott. My wife is a late sleeper, so we don’t usually leave our room until after 1:00 p.m. Housekeeping still cleaned our room every day. You no longer get that with Hilton. We came back from Kroger with some groceries, and we were resting in the lobby with our packages. As we were getting up, this lady approached us in what looked like a manager’s vest. She actually asked us if we needed any help carrying our packages to our room. How great is that! That’s an example of the impeccable service you receive at this hotel.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. Now that can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for. It was a little louder location than I normally prefer but the hotel front desk staff was very friendly, the room was nice, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was convenient. Also, it is right on the beach.
