首先真的很驚喜可以定到一家這麼好的民宿。從一進門就感覺很漂亮很乾凈。前台小宋大寶很耐心，很熱心的幫我們拿了行李。還給我們升級了房間，房間佈置的很温馨很漂亮。乾乾淨淨的真的讓人覺得很安心。泳池也很乾凈，小朋友超級喜歡。去沙灘邊也很近走路就能到。

環境： 環境很好，沒有異味，房間隔音不錯，重點是雙床房的床是1.5米的，很感人。性價比超高。 服務： 前台24小時有人，隨時能提供幫助。特別是小宋和大寶👏🏻親切禮貌，服務用心。早餐口味還不錯，管飽的🤩 設施： 小花園裡自帶泳池，很乾凈，休息的位置舒服，小孩子玩得不願意走，説週末能不能再來。 下次來北海，要繼續選擇靈果民宿❤️

民宿拍了商務車接站，很方便。房間和配套比較適合親子出行，有玩具房、小童泳池，挖沙工具，房間也配有小童拖鞋。早餐九宮格比較令人驚喜，公共區域的拿鐵也很好喝，前台的小宋對孩子也很耐心友善。整體服務細節都很好，衹有兩個不太滿意的點，一是房門隔音一般，好在住客都比較自覺，10點後基本無人喧嘩。二是溪水房的浴室排氣扇聲音很大，不打開的話影響不大。

酒店設施不錯，房間乾淨，尤其是床上用品乾淨舒適，環境浪漫有特色，同時還配有小童房，洗衣房這點不錯，早餐也豐富，還有前台的小宋，大保每一個工作人員都很熱情，非常不錯的入住體驗，關健淡季期間酒店還給免費升級房間必須5分好評。
