As an older hotel, the facilities aren't as new as some, but the service was excellent! 👍 Lulu checked us in and was fantastic – she explained all the facilities, suggested family-friendly activities, and helped us book kids' activities. She also recommended a great list of local restaurants. The service was thoughtful, our room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. The surroundings are beautiful, with a beach to enjoy and a nice swimming pool. Overall, quite good. If we come back, we might choose a hotel closer to the city center, as Silver Beach gets very crowded."

"How did they get this 5.0 rating? The exterior is terrible, like a garbage dump, the visual appeal is awful. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, smells musty. The breakfast is awful, there's nothing to eat, and the noodles I ordered took 10 minutes to arrive. I strongly advise everyone to go to a five-star hotel; this one is truly awful."

"I stayed at a hotel that cost over 4000 yuan per night for three consecutive days. The breakfast consisted of only five different items, repeated every day, and on the last day, even those five items weren't guaranteed. The bathroom drainage had problems, and despite reporting it to the front desk, it wasn't addressed promptly. The hotel staff were poorly trained; I saw a staff member eating leftover food from a guest's room while cleaning the room next door. They advertised a complimentary travel photography session, but it turned out to be taken by a trainee girl who looked to be under 20. In every aspect, it was not worth the 4000 yuan price tag. As a 24-year member of Ctrip, this was definitely the worst value-for-money stay I've ever had."

"The room's cleanliness and service were just okay, and the size was decent. The decor wasn't to my taste, and there were some smart features. I wanted to extend my stay for two more nights in the same room, but the hotel refused, which felt very inflexible and inconvenient, forcing me to switch rooms midway through my stay. The hotel is located halfway up Guantouling, and the roads going to and from it were extremely congested. Breakfast wasn't very good, and the pool's hygiene was concerning; there were many floating objects, and even worse, live, wiggling worms, which scared my family and me away immediately. Additionally, Guantouling beach really isn't worth a special trip; the beach area is tiny, incredibly crowded, and the scenery is nothing special."

"The hygiene was acceptable, but the front desk service was terrible! They only gave us one room card, so when I went downstairs to pick up takeout, I couldn't get back into the room. Asking staff for help was useless; I had to walk a long way to get a replacement card myself, as they wouldn't deliver it. The complimentary breakfast vouchers had many restrictions, only valid for the same day, and seemed to push us to spend money elsewhere. There were very few hangers in the room, and when I asked for an extra blanket, they only brought a sheet. The amenities provided were insufficient. Overall, it was a bad experience, my first one-star review."

"Our stay at Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island during our Weizhou Island trip exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is beautiful, with tropical gardens blending with sea views, and the pool opens directly onto the beach, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding comfortable, and we received welcome fruit upon arrival – thoughtful touches indeed. Special shout-out to Amy at the front desk! She made check-in efficient and smooth, and proactively shared information about island tours, sunset spots, and the hotel shuttle schedule. When we asked about getting to the island, car rental, and clam digging, Amy patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions with a gentle and professional attitude. She was always ready to help and even kindly reminded us about important travel tips for the island. Any small requests were promptly addressed, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel also offers pier transfer services, making travel hassle-free, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The overall vacation vibe was relaxed and comfortable. It's a highly recommended resort on Weizhou Island, and we'd choose Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island again on our next visit. A big thank you once more to Amy for her attentive service!"

The room was a pleasant surprise, perfect for a girly trip. The amenities were comprehensive; mosquito repellent and face wash were provided, and there was even afternoon tea. There's a tea room on the third floor, perfect for relaxing with friends over tea. It feels like you can enjoy your trip without even leaving the guesthouse."
