This stay was absolutely perfect, deserving a five-star rating! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to various amenities. The lobby is elegantly decorated, check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out, with brand-new, fully equipped facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were of superior quality, making for a perfect toiletries experience. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

Pros: Excellent location, close to the beach. Staff were responsive and provided great service, almost always fulfilling requests, which was fantastic. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Cons: The downsides were also very apparent: The kids' activities and facilities were very mediocre, showing a lack of effort from the hotel. The 'movie theater' was actually a banquet hall cleared out for movies, and the 'craft class' was held at a tiny table with dim lighting right outside the banquet hall. The indoor play area for children was extremely small. The 'water cycling' involved inflatable toys. The summer activity names on the poster sounded appealing and plentiful, but in reality, they looked very temporary and basic, like a makeshift stall. The children's activity atmosphere was poor. The outdoor pool was rather small, offering limited play. There were no kids' amenities in the room. Although there was a bathtub, there were no disposable tub liners. The quality of the tissues and toilet paper was questionable, surprisingly thin. The drinks in the fridge were also very cheap. If the room rate wasn't 1600+ per night, none of these would be issues. However, with such a high room rate, these problems are quite disappointing. The staff were excellent, no complaints there, but the hardware and supplies simply don't justify the price.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to Golden Beach, and the sea-view rooms offer great value for money. The service is also good. It's a top choice for a vacation, even if you just want to relax at the hotel. There are plenty of activities available on-site, making for a very pleasant stay. My only minor gripe is that the online reviews feel a bit too contrived, which might give a slightly strange first impression.

Whenever I come to Beihai, I always stay at the Sheraton; I've grown accustomed to everything here. The service and environment are excellent, and it's super convenient to get to the beach. It's also great for photos – you can get some beautiful shots just by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the hotel lobby! I love it 🥰 I'll definitely stay at the Sheraton again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes🦟. I was bitten several times within half an hour of arriving. When I entered the room, I found that the balcony door was open, and a bunch of mosquitoes🦟 were flying around. It didn't work even if I lit mosquito coils~ The air conditioning was average. The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There was a huge cigarette hole🕳️ on the sofa🛋️… I don't know if the swimming pool was not open and there was no water. The breakfast was hard to describe. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.
