Choosing this hotel was the best decision of our Beihai trip! We specifically picked a place near Silver Beach, and we absolutely made the right call. Opened in 2025, everything here feels brand new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, the AC works great, and the bedding is soft — we slept really well. A special shoutout to the rooftop laundry area — the washing machine is brand new, clothes come out clean and dry fast, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. The staff is genuinely thoughtful: they helped carry our luggage, brought us water daily, and even accepted parcels on our behalf. But what truly touched us was the hotel manager Lü Yuan — even though we're foreigners, he patiently helped us with everything. When we accidentally left our wallet behind after checkout, he immediately notified us and proactively mailed it back to us. That level of care and integrity is rare. The location is perfect — just 1 km walk to Silver Beach, with easy access to dining and transport. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Beihai, especially international guests — you'll feel completely at ease here!

We stayed at the Marriott on Beihai Silver Beach for our family trip. Overall, it's a very competitive option among Beihai's resort hotels, and the staff even upgraded us to a suite for free. During peak seasons like holidays and weekends, it's advisable to plan ahead as prices will be more reasonable; last-minute bookings tend to be more expensive and subject to price fluctuations. ✨Environment: The hotel is right by Silver Beach, with a private walkway directly to the sand and convenient foot-washing stations at the entrance. The landscaping creates a wonderful seaside ambiance, and the outdoor pool faces the ocean directly. Our room on the 15th floor to the east offered expansive balcony views, though it could be quite windy by the sea. 🧼Hygiene: The hotel generally maintains Marriott's high standards. Housekeeping was meticulous, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Cleaning in the public pools and lounge areas was prompt. 🛎️Service: Most staff members were proactive and polite, with quick responses from concierge and front desk. Check-in on Friday evening at 5 PM was a bit slow, taking about an hour, but check-out was efficient. The breakfast selection was standard, and the dining environment was decent. 🛏️Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with excellent quality hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and the indoor and outdoor pools, 24-hour gym, and kids' club make it perfect for vacations and families. 🚗Transportation: Located in the heart of Silver Beach, the back entrance provides very convenient access to the beach. It's a short drive to Qiaogang and the International Passenger Port for trips to Weizhou Island. Getting to the high-speed rail station or Fucheng Airport takes about 20-30 minutes. Taxis are easily available right outside the hotel. Overall, it's a hassle-free and consistently high-quality choice for a Silver Beach vacation, ideal for travelers who want to relax and enjoy sea views right outside their door. I recommend booking in advance for better prices, as last-minute bookings are pricier and prone to fluctuations. It's worth comparing prices across different platforms.

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Objective review: I. Hygiene: Meets expectations, 4.5/5. II. Environment: Exceeded expectations – the sea view and sunset were beautiful, 5/5. III. Service: Rather poor, only 2/5. 1) Breakfast was mediocre. 2) Response to requests was extremely slow. I asked for a children's toothbrush in the morning, and when I returned in the evening, it still hadn't arrived. I requested it again, and when it finally came, the packaging for the children's toothbrush contained the exact same type as an adult's. There were no children's slippers either. 3) The worst part, by far, was the restaurant! We ordered 5 dishes at 7:30 PM at the Chinese restaurant. By 8:30 PM, only 2 dishes had arrived. We eventually gave up waiting. The restaurant staff explained, ”We have to deliver food to guest rooms as well, so the serving speed is indeed very slow.” What kind of explanation is that? I was utterly confused. The next day, we decided to try a different restaurant for lunch. We went to the hotel's Western restaurant at 1 PM and asked the waiter if the food would be served quickly. The response was, ”There are still a few orders ahead that haven't been prepared, so it might be slow.” This clearly shows a lack of preparedness for the National Day holiday. 4) Crucially, room service was also very slow! On the second night, I ordered 4 beers (just beer, no food) at 7:30 PM, and they took 45 minutes to arrive! Absolutely unbelievable. IV. Facilities: Average, 3/5. During the National Day holiday, the last 1.3 kilometers from the foot of Guantouling mountain to the hotel was under traffic control (only cars of guests staying at the two hotels on the mountain were allowed up). However, on the checkout day, we had to go to the pier at the foot of the mountain for a yacht trip. We couldn't get a taxi (drivers refused due to the short 1.3 km distance). Walking down with two families and four suitcases was not an option, so we had to store our luggage. When we returned to pick up our bags, we had no choice but to pay extra for a taxi to make a round trip. Would it have been so difficult for the hotel to arrange a shuttle?

Traveling alone to Beihai, choosing Holiday Inn BEIHAI SILVER BEACH by IHG made me feel very secure. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the beach. The room was clean and tidy, and very comfortable to stay in. Our housekeeper, Coco, was incredibly thoughtful. She promptly helped me with some small issues I encountered while traveling alone, and was always kind and considerate. Receiving such meticulous care when traveling alone was very heartwarming. Overall, the stay was excellent; both the environment and service were top-notch. It's really suitable for friends traveling solo, and I will definitely prioritize Holiday Inn BEIHAI SILVER BEACH by IHG next time I visit Beihai!

The location is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes🦟. I was bitten several times within half an hour of arriving. When I entered the room, I found that the balcony door was open, and a bunch of mosquitoes🦟 were flying around. It didn't work even if I lit mosquito coils~ The air conditioning was average. The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There was a huge cigarette hole🕳️ on the sofa🛋️… I don't know if the swimming pool was not open and there was no water. The breakfast was hard to describe. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.

I first stayed at the Summit Sunrise Hotel and then moved to the Ferris Wheel Hotel. I felt the rooms were a bit small, but all the shared facilities in the park were the same. The hygiene was excellent. There's a small entrance area with a washing machine, which was great for laundry and drying clothes. However, there were many outdoor air conditioner units near the entrance and outside areas, making the hallway very hot. Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was quite rich, though there could be a queue if you go later. Alternatively, you could use vouchers to redeem breakfast at other Chinese restaurants or bakeries that support it. The hotel amenities were also great; the kids enjoyed the swimming pool slides, and the park's style was perfect for photos. There's also a cinema and a gym. Overall, I felt it was better than Anaya, mainly because the surrounding area was more convenient, with a night market nearby for easy access to food and shopping. However, the cat petting and deer interaction were a bit disappointing. Children under ten aren't allowed to pet cats for safety reasons, and you have to buy food separately for the deer. I didn't get to try the noodle roll. The hotel also included tickets for the Ferris Wheel and the Daydream Water World, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it's a good one-stop hotel, especially suitable if you're traveling with kids. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit noisy due to several hotels being in the same area. The room is very new, the air conditioning is very powerful, everyone from the front desk to the room aunt to the breakfast aunt are very warm and polite, they greet each other actively when they meet, which is great. The hotel is in a good location, the old street is across the alley in front of the hotel, and the sea is behind the hotel. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for driving in and out. It is still a little far from Silver Beach, but Didi is very convenient to go back and forth, and orders are also accepted in seconds during the May Day holiday.

Before coming, a friend recommended this hotel, the location is near dripping Danping. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a pick-up service on the island, and welcome fruit. The staff were very friendly, especially Xiao Yang at the front desk. We were seasick due to the wind and waves on the island. Xiao Yang helped send warm sugar water to the room and tried to solve our problem. In particular, the hotel location is only a few minutes walk from Dishui Danping, you can check in at any time to take pictures to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
