This stay was absolutely perfect, deserving a five-star rating! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to various amenities. The lobby is elegantly decorated, check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out, with brand-new, fully equipped facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were of superior quality, making for a perfect toiletries experience. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our family chose the Beihai Marriott Resort for our trip and were pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, making our entire stay comfortable and worry-free. Most importantly, the environment was superb, with expansive sea views from the beachfront. We had direct access to the private Silver Beach with our room card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the swimming pool and kids' club were perfect for families. The staff even kindly recommended nearby attractions. From check-in to check-out, the overall experience was delightful. Highly recommended!!!

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Booked the family bunk bed room, and the kids absolutely loved it! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with two children. The hotel has a great view, and the beach is just a short walk from the back entrance. The water at Guantouling Beach is quite rough, so it's not suitable for swimming, but great for enjoying the scenery! The gym is professional, and the restaurant offers sea views, allowing you to enjoy delicious food while admiring the scenery. The kids' club is large, and the staff helping with crafts were very meticulous and patient.

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the warm and efficient check-in process by the receptionists Xiao Gao, Xiao Jing, and Xiao Jiao, to the thoughtful housekeeping staff tidying up the room and replenishing amenities, everything made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at this北海海悦. The location was near to Beihai Railway Station convenient and central for major attractions. There are little dirty spot marks at the carpet and other then are well-maintained. The housekeeping staff ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep. There were two washing machines and two dryers that were free to utilize. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

After leaving the pier, hotel staff came to pick us up to the hotel. The service was very good. When we got off the bus, hotel staff helped us with our luggage. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was large and the view was very good. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Weizhou Island next time.

We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!
