The staff at Beihai Marriott are all very professional. The greenery in the resort is beautiful, giving it a tropical feel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the sea view rooms are absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast is good, and the dinner at the Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. The room also has a comfortable daybed that's perfect for kids to sleep on, which is a big plus. The ladies at the kids' club were amazing; my child accidentally hurt their foot by the pool, and they thoughtfully disinfected it and put a band-aid on it.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep.
