民宿炒雞漂亮 私湯房型很好拍照 適合喜歡拍照的小姐姐房間很乾凈 設施衞生間都很乾凈
服務：有個前台小哥哥很熱情 最後退房的那天十二點退房 飛機是晚上的 就在民宿大廳裏坐了一下午 喝了飲料 真的服務很好

這家民宿真的讓人很驚艷！從一進門就被它的温馨和舒適所吸引。還有24小時的管家貼心服務，房間乾淨整潔，視野開闊～酒店與銀灘和僑港都很近～交通便利，窗外景色也很漂亮，總體入住體驗感非常好，強烈推薦！👍👍👍
衞生：房間很乾凈，很整潔。
環境：環境很好，很幽靜，院裏都是綠植，很漂亮~房間佈置也很不錯
服務：服務特別周到！前台小哥哥小姐姐很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，待人親切，讓您感覺有種回家的趕腳~
設施：酒店新裝修，房間設施很完善，一樓洗衣房還有洗衣機和烘乾機，對出行人來説非常方便。
總的來説，住過這麼多民宿和酒店，可以説這兒是我住過的酒店和民宿裏最好的了～

先説服務，酒店服務非常貼心，前台提前一天加微信聯繫，諮詢是否需要接站、送港服務，還送上了北海遊玩美食攻略。
剛到酒店門口，前台小哥哥飛速跑出來幫忙拎行李箱。淡季人不多的時候，幫忙免費升級了房型。下午出門逛街，小哥哥貼心的送了冰袖。
這個服務無敵了家人們～
環境方面，酒店坐落在一片別墅區，附近都是類似別墅改造的民宿，但是悦色的裝修風格和日常維護脱穎而出。泳池每天早上都打掃，草木旺盛有序。
房間升級成了星空頂，夜晚將窗簾拉開，頭頂就是月光灑下來，真的有星光伴你入睡的鬆弛感。
早餐是美味的牛腩粉或者粥，配上小菜雞蛋，小巧精緻美味。
最後要提下店裡的兩衹喵喵，一衹重點色布偶，另外一衹是2個半月大的金吉拉，又奶又黏人，抱在手上就開始呼嚕，這誰受得住啊！擼貓控必沖啊！

體驗最好的一次民宿經歷，房間是小朋友喜歡的複式房，也正好滿足三代人的住宿需求，乾淨整潔，還帶了露台，晚上太陽落山在上面吃飯也不會熱；重點是服務非常好，入住前房間就開好了空調，也提前發了攻略，民宿也提供雨傘也一次性雨衣，下次來這些就都不用揹着了；帶小朋友也不用背或者買沙灘玩具，可以借店裡的；
店裡有接送碼頭服務，出行也方便，店裡的小哥哥小姐姐也會隨時提醒出行注意事項，很貼心；
店裡游泳池，不在沙灘玩時就可以在泳池玩，店裡也有下午茶，陪孩子游泳時也能吃吃喝喝。
下次來北海還會來這家店

環境不錯，很多植被，長者很喜歡😬店內環境也是隨拍都很好看，還有兩衹可愛貓咪。
果汁咖啡隨時大小喝～早餐的粉很喜歡！個人覺得好好吃！就是兩個長者吃中葯調理身體，飲食上衹能清淡，早餐的豌豆裡邊有花椒，所以長者沒能動多少東西。但是豆漿是不加什麼調料直接打的，純天然，很適合大家喝。
服務沒得説👍👍真的超級好。車剛到還沒停，就有店員小跑出來接待我們了，幫拿行李。房間提前開好了空調。帶了小朋友，所以需要水很多，也滿足了我們。房間裏有蚊子，衹是問了店員有沒有電蚊拍，不僅送過來，還幫我們打死蚊子了才離開。白天因為帶着小朋友沒能游泳，晚上九點多想到游泳池裡遊，下樓探水温，店員看到後自己主動幫清理游泳池裡的花瓣……各種細節。
這次住宿挺滿意😬

房子很寬敞，舒適，大窗户很敞亮，門口的庭院有錦鯉在游水感覺很愜意。距離海邊很近，走7分鐘左右就到了。服務很貼心，回經常問一些有沒有需要幫助的需求，給到很多照顧，2隻小貓是孩子最喜歡的。非常滿意的一次旅行體驗

每間客房的風景都不一樣，這是我住過最漂亮的民宿，輕鬆在陽台就可以出圖。真的很美。管家都是年輕人，很熱情，服務很到位，會主動幫住客洗衣服，早上交給他晚上給送到房間。還會幫忙拿行李箱，不管男孩女孩都會主動幫忙搬。如果我還來北海，還會住在這裏。很舒服。

本次北海之旅住的最滿意的一家民宿，很乾凈，傢俱很有設計與質感！服務特別到位，特別表揚那個當地帥帥的前台管家（那個個瘦瘦的小男孩），從我一進門入住他就很有禮貌的和我們打招呼，孩子要在泳池玩他又幫我們弄玻璃船，他像朋友一樣和我聊天給我講北海的旅遊攻略，我真的覺得很温暖，這家民宿真的很温暖，我給這家民宿100分，99分都是給這個前台男孩，你們老闆有你這樣的員工太幸運了，我相信其他入住的顧客也是一樣的感受！這是我多次旅行無論從衞生到服務最滿意的一次，我挑不出一點缺點！如果我再去北海還會選擇你家！我覺得老闆也是會做生意的，從衞生到早餐，到服務，到明確的軟裝的品質都能做到讓顧客滿意很難得！總之是民宿裏最滿意的一次入住，大家閉眼選擇吧！住服務過我的管家一切順利！
