設施：雖然是民宿，房間質量放在市裡也是賓館級別的。
衞生：乾淨整潔，進店入住正好看見老闆娘在仔細沖洗院子地板。
環境：老闆大氣升級了房間，從窗户裏就可以遠眺大海，距離石螺口很近很近，步行就能到達，離南灣也不遠的。
服務：最值得稱讚的一點，貼心但絕不會過分熱情👍👍👍進島着急看鯨魚沒時間吃飯，老闆娘送了速食酸辣粉，家人拉肚子，老闆娘不僅給了蒙脱石散還悄悄給煮了一碗湯麪，很有人情味，就連上幼兒園的小寶也很聰明伶俐，會幫客人開門😄老闆一家的服務，衹能説住到了就是賺到了👍👍👍

離鱷魚嘴遊客中心和石螺口都不遠，三樓看海的風景幾乎可以忽略，院子簡單直白沒啥佈置，定了兩個房間提供接碼頭一次，送碼頭付費30。早餐10元/人，白饅頭稀飯雞蛋榨菜。入住那天不巧碰到樓下一大家子，深夜12點小孩哭鬧算了忍下，幾個房間大人開着門大聲聊天，不能忍了朋友去交涉。

服務很好，提供接送服務。加工海鮮價格十分合理，味道也不錯。房間的衞生條件令人滿意，睡得很舒服。酒店離大部分主要景區包括海鮮市場都很近，但是仍然很安靜，非常推薦。
