Not near to train nor LRT station, need to walk 20mins to stations. There's a convenient store outside hotel. Hotel provided late check out until 2pm.

We stopped by for four nights, clean, cozy, the staff little bit speak in English. There is no breakfast.

The hotel facilities and services are good, suitable for business trips, and transportation is convenient here. The waiters are polite and enthusiastic, especially the cleaner with employee number 526. They clean carefully and meticulously, and are always available when cleaning services are needed. A thumbs up is a must!

The building and corridor look old, but the room looks new. The bathroom in the room smells good and there is no peculiar smell. The soundproofing is just average. Generally speaking, it is quiet when it is time to go to bed. The room service is in place. The room is a little small but understandable. The check-out design is not very good. You can check out at 2 pm but the room card will be invalid at 12 pm. The strange thing is that the single bed is given a double bed quilt. It is very uncomfortable to sleep with both sides of the quilt on the ground at night. Fortunately, I bought a double disposable quilt cover, otherwise it can't be stuffed in.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the heating was just right, but the shower water was not hot, only about 37 degrees. I called the engineering department and they said they would boil water for everyone, but the water temperature was this high when I got to the fifth floor. I hope to have a hot shower in the winter.

The room is as clean and comfortable as always. The service staff is dedicated, professional and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. It is a must-choose hotel for every business trip. It is very safe and reassuring:)
