Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful front desk service staff. Excellent properties with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast with many choices of Chinese and western selections. Very clean restaurant with excellent service crew. Special compliment should be given to restaurant supervisor 黄文. .She treated us like a vip guest with warm welcome and excellent customer service. Once again, thank you so much for the excellent stay and beautiful experience with Hampton. We will definitely looking forward to stay in Hampton hotel again.

I had a great stay at the hotel but I didn’t like that in the trip.com website it showed that the hotel rooms had bathtub but upon arrival I found out that there are only showers… otherwise overall it is a good hotel….

Hotel is in a good location for exploring the Grand Canal and shopping/dining in Changying. Only a few minutes walk to subway station. Selection of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice excellent. Staff have excellent service attitude - doorman, cleaners, front desk. Highly recommend this wellrun hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for three consecutive nights. It was very convenient to travel. The subway entrance was not far away. There were two buses to Universal Studios, which were well arranged. The hotel had many breakfast varieties, and the varieties were adjusted every day. Thumbs up!

The room is big and it's convenient to take a taxi from Universal Studios. When we came back on the last day, our child was sick and the hotel drove us to the station. The service was great!
