FANTASTIC service!! Despite having limited conversation due to the language barrier, all staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to help and provide an easy and pleasant stay.
Would definitely recommend manxin hotel to other foreign travellers - as long as you have a translator app, you're good!

Take Exit D of Qiaowan MRT Station and walk there for less than 5 minutes. There is also a 711 on the road.
The train station is not far away. The surrounding area is very quiet and the location is great.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the North Gate of the Temple of Heaven. The subway from the door leads directly to Universal Studios.
