was the « fanciest » hotel we booked for our trip in China but that was only the appearance. In the first moment we reached, towels were missing and the AC wasn’t working. We had to sleep the first night with 27 degrees in the room and they brought us only 2 fans to cool down. The AC was « fixed » on the next day but the temperature didn’t go down 25 degrees in the room, no matter the settings. On our second day, our bedsheets were stained and we found out that the windows were extremely dirty. All of this without any commercial gesture (discount or even free breakfast). I do not recommend and won’t be coming back.

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice… maybe the breakfast is a bit poor

The hotel was good on average with a clean room and you can use the washing machine to wash your clothes. In addition, you have every day, tea and coffee. At the reception, they offer us an upgrade. We were happy but after some talks, we were disappointed because they asked us to pay for it. We don’t call it «an upgrade » if we pay for it.  On the other hand, expect to be in a small room with a little odor that comes from the shower drain. There is a desk but without a chair that is not comfortable.

Unwieldy service, not very friendly or supportive. Room is ok but too expensive for what you get. Location is ok, but you need at least one hour to get anywhere as a tourist.

They were nice enough to let me check in early but there was a construction happening right above the room. The constant banging in the roof made the room shake! I couldn’t sleep at all. Other than that, the floor was not carpeted and the room was not insulated. I was shivering in cold. I checked out first thing in the morning.

I am very sorry that there will be some noise during the day due to the temporary construction of the city hall, but it has been taken care of. There are anti-noise earplugs in the front hall, but there is no comprehensive one. We take your feelings into consideration and apologize here🍵🍵Secondly, the hotel has floors and the rooms are not carpets. The photos on our website are all displayed, including the heating problem you mentioned. Beijing will turn on the heating on November 15th. We If you feel cold during this period, the hotel can add quilts or heaters. I also hope that more of our family members will know about this service so that everyone will not feel the warmth. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. If you need anything, call Just let me know. Finally, I wish our overseas family a happy stay in Beijing~~Happy🌈🌈🌈

The hotel front desk was very enthusiastic and proactively helped with Didi taxis and gave us taxi coupons. We encountered some problems and they were quickly coordinated and handled. I was very satisfied and gave it a good review.
