It's not very soundproof. They gave us some celebratory soup. Around midnight, a staff member was cleaning, following me everywhere. It didn't stop until 2 AM, which was really annoying. The poor soundproofing led me to upgrade to an executive room, but there was still a pipe noise or something that lasted all night. I was too tired to switch rooms again... It was just okay.

I like this robot delivering things—- other services are good— but i am not very satisfied by the breakfast!

The absolute highlight of this stay was the impeccable sleep experience: the mattress was just the right firmness, the blackout curtains completely blocked out the light, and the room was quiet enough for a full night's sleep. What's more, the hotel's attention to service details was impressive, like the thoughtful reminder before the late check-out deadline, which was both considerate and prevented any rush. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to friends.

Good location. Close to amenities. Some halal food catered for in their breakfast. A bit far from central Beijing but if you are ok with the subway then still fine

Room has a very good space area. Bunker bed is a good idea. Light need to be increased.

We had one of the family suites with the bunkbeds which were large enough to fit our teenage children. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was expensive with over 40 different breakfast items to choose from. There are a few restaurants in the mediate area, but not much shopping, which is OK since the Subway is located right across the street, which allowed easy access to The rest of Beijing.

Complementary Umbrellas are really good for rainy days

Great Stay👍 I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping maintained everything well. The location is convenient, (close to Subway & Olympic Park area) making it easy to explore the city (6-7 km from Downtown and Old Beijing). The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. Amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Beijing!

The room is clean and comfortable with amenities provided including an iron and ironing board although there was a faint stench of smoke even though staff at the reception counter claimed that the hotel is non-smoking and offered to change the room if necessary. 5-min to metro Line 8, Beishatan station and just a few bus-stops away from the Olympic Park. What I enjoyed most was having supper Alfresco at Ya-ao restaurant. The ambience is good and the BBQ trotters, squid and scallops were delicious. Adjoining the hotel is a Spa, 喜汤-生活馆. The entry ticket is 39RMB inclusive of a simple breakfast. I booked two massage packages at the spa on ******* and found the services passable. For those like me who wished to have a taste of the local spa culture could consider this.

The Gym was massive! Location is a bit far, but was great for what i needed (close to the universities). They have the little robots who bring you your delivery, which I loved!

Best experience to stay here! The location was great. My room was spacious. And the service was ✨✨✨👍👍👍 Would love to stay here again when i'm in Beijing!
