-My overall experience was good especially after service as I left my stuff in the room and receptionist wechat me immediately . However, the location is not so convenient as I thought. Well, you may take Didi 😊.

i love staying in this hotel!!! the service was sooo goodd!! they also have some robot speaker in their room, the staff and facilities aree all good!!!, very clean neat and i love it!!! would definitely staying in here next time!

Though it was not in a central location, it was pretty close to Beijing South Railway Station which was convenient since we were travelling by train.
Service was satisfactory and rooms and amenities were excellent.

Great place go stay nearby the Beijind South railway station. Incredibly friendly staff, decent breakfast, shuttle service to the station. Highly recommend and will definitely chose to stay there again. No baby crib - but there was a small sofa suitable for the little one.

Stayed at hotel for a night, en route to another province. Hotel is about 6 km to Beijing Fengtai Station. The hotel does not offer free transfer to Beijing Fengtai Station, only to Beijing South Railway Station. It is about 2 km away from many shops and restaurants. Walking to food points was unbearable on a cold winter's day. The hotel room is clean but is pretty small. My 3 big luggage could barely fit into the room and my family and I had little space to walk. There were 2 gigantic TVs in the room though. Pretty impressive. Toilet was small and tight, with one glass door after another just to get into the shower.

This is a hotel for business trips/multiple stays. However, the experience of this stay was very bad. (i) In Beijing with a temperature of 30 degrees, the hotel's air conditioner could not cool. I was awakened by the heat at 02:00 in the middle of the night. And the staff on duty could not handle it. I had to change places to sleep in the middle of the night. (ii) 24 hours after check-out, the hotel did not have any return visits. During the check-out process, the staff pretended not to know that this situation had occurred and absolutely did not mention the overall service problem. (iii) In the room that was changed in the middle of the night, there was also an air conditioner that could not be used and could not cool.
