Regarding the room hygiene issues you reported, this was entirely due to a serious oversight in our housekeeping and environmental maintenance procedures. We immediately reported these issues to housekeeping management, and the relevant personnel will immediately conduct a comprehensive inspection and deep cleaning and disinfection of the affected rooms and public areas. They will thoroughly investigate the source of the infestation and implement targeted control measures. They will also optimize and upgrade the bathroom ventilation system and cleaning procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring again and create a clean and comfortable living environment for future guests. The poor attitude of the front desk staff also exposed shortcomings in our staff training and management. We will immediately retrieve the service records and conduct a serious interview with the staff member involved. After verifying the specific circumstances, we will handle the matter in accordance with hotel service standards. In addition, we will organize retraining on service etiquette and communication skills for all front desk and service staff to strengthen their service awareness and ensure that every guest experiences warm, patient, and professional service.
