Loved the hotel, the view from the room is pretty, it’s spacious and well located, breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly!

We finished our trip to Portugal there. It was a wonderful place, well located, full of commodities. The staff was smiley and kind. Breakfast was fresh, varied and tasty. We were lucky to benefit from a free upgrade of our room. The only issue was air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

I think the rooms are dark and at night can be hard to see.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the attractions in Belém, with a rich breakfast and friendly gifts for the children

The hotel is located in the middle of the Monument to the Discoverers of Belém Tower.

Lisbon really doesn’t have any five-star hotels with good parking; That’s why I chose it. It’s within walking distance of famous attractions and the rooms are pretty good. But there was a local white curly service staff at the front desk who was very mean. When I checked in, he took me to see the room, and then he just left. I was still worried when I checked out. I don't pay the tourist tax, so I was greeted excitedly, Oh my god, my car hasn't even left, where can I go? It feels very stingy, not like what a five-star hotel service staff should be like. Laughing to death 😆 And everyone, at least in this hotel, you don’t have to be too polite to them. The more submissive and polite you are, the more they will take advantage of you.

The rooms are spacious, each room has a different design and color, but they are all gorgeous, fashionable and avant-garde. Outside the window is the sea view and yachts. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Monument of the Great Navigation. Has its own parking lot. The breakfast was also very rich. It was my friend's birthday and they even gave me a small cake, which was an unexpected surprise!

Compared with the main city, the building is much spacious and close to the attractions. Because it was Valentine's Day, they thoughtfully prepared egg tarts and small pieces of paper. The room has a small balcony, a lounge chair, and a hotel umbrella in the cabinet.

Very good hotel, large rooms, modern design. Especially the exterior windows are very beautiful and can be fully opened
