O hotel fica localizado em um ótimo bairro, conversei com a gerente e através do celular acessei o link e realizei o cadastro para acessar o hotel. Quarto limpo e arejado. Tem toalhas, copos, taças, geladeira, micro-ondas, cobertor, ar-condicionado, shampoo, sabonete líquido, papel higiênico e secador de cabelo.

Não foi enviada a chave de acesso ao hotel. O mesmo possui apenas portaria eletrônica. Tive problemas para entrar no hotel e depois no quarto. A gerente Simone fez o possível para me ajudar, mesmo em férias. O funcionário Genilvaldo foi muito prestativo e também fez o possível para ajudar.
Se não fosse pela atuação dos dois, eu teria ficado na rua. Simples assim.

Tentaram fazer atendimento a distancia e fiquei tragicamente trancado de fora! Ninguém para atender e resolver o problema da chave que eu reclame 3 vezes em um período de mais de 5 horas! Espero que se desculpem ou saiam do mercado por opção!
