The staff is very friendly. The hot spring is the source of the Oniyama Hot Spring. There are two open-air hot springs, both of which are spacious. I checked in late and happened to run into a musical performance. The environment is very good. It is within walking distance of several hells. I am also satisfied with the breakfast and dinner. I will stay here again next time

I was pleasantly surprised that the room was upgraded. It is big enough to sleep four people and has a separate bathing area. The hot spring is very comfortable. The open-air hot spring on the roof can be viewed and soaked in. It is recommended. Dinner was average and not worth it.

The location is so good that plus zero and one...nothing to lose
But there are slight signs of age...but overall it's okay!
The biggest failure was the dinner and breakfast...don't comment on whether it tastes good or not...
Sitting in an empty auditorium...completely rude, like receiving government relief...it feels bad
The food doesn’t necessarily add up to the excellent Japanese cuisine either…

We were assigned to a room in the east wing on the 5th floor. When we got up to watch the sunrise, we could also see the sea. It was really great. The location was very convenient. There was a station next to it that went directly to Yufuin and Beppu stations. The service staff are also very nice. The hot springs here are very comfortable. There are rooftop ones with sea views and outdoor ones on the first floor. They are both great. It is recommended to go downstairs at night and get up in the morning to go to the rooftop to soak in the hot springs and watch the sunrise😜
The hotel is very close to the Sea Hell, Mud Hell, White Hell and Ghost Hell on foot... They are all next to each other, and it feels good to see smoke everywhere.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Five Hells Hot Spring Street is right behind the hotel (parking lot). It is also convenient to go to the Kannawa 2 office. The hot springs are good and breakfast and dinner are rich.

Basically there is no problem with the service, but the attitude of the front desk towards the Chinese feels uncomfortable because there are local Japanese tourists for reference
