I have to say that the staff here are really great. If you have nothing to do at night, go to the bar for a few drinks, and you will definitely meet good friends! The overall environment is good, the quadruple room has enough space and privacy, and the transportation is quite convenient. I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back to stay next time I come to Berlin!

Good hotel, not really central but with good public communcations just outside. Good enough breakfast, good rooms. The opening times for de the bar and restaurant is a bit short, probably because of covid. The Garage is reasonably priced and feels safe.

a budget hotel with budget facilities. I expected nothing more and nothing less. In my experience it is what it says in the description. The location is good, close to a metro station and within walking distance of checkpoint Charlie. The hotel had a nice bar area adjoining the check in desk. With a comfortable place to sit down. The bed is very soft though in a twin room they are too close together. The hotel offers AC in the hotel room and a radiator for towels in the bathroom. However the AC is a bit week, so give yourself plenty of time to cool down before you sleep.

This B&B hotel is well-situated in Mitte, within an easy walk of shops (Alexa Mall), restaurants and transportation options. The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

A budget hotel, to be sure! For that you pay by having no chair in the room, only a vinyl hassock which you’ll need to double as a bedside table; very few electrical outlets, and none by the bed; no full-length mirror (I’m a performer and need one); no counter space by the sink; only ONE HOOK for your towel or to hang your toiletries kit (choose one or the other — not both!); only one pillow; hard mattress; tiny hot & stuffy room. And to add insult to injury, no free coffee or tea (it’s EUR 2.50); breakfast costs EUR 9.50 and offers very few vegan options, not even plant-based milk for your coffee. The woman behind the desk was condescending when I simply inquired about the cost of breakfast and vegan options. I will say the hotel was clean, and walking distance to a lot of cheap restaurants/street food. Will never choose to stay here again, however!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a room overlooking the Berlin Wall which was really nice. Room was spotless and cleaned every day and had everything you needed for a stay. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection on the buffet. Location was great with a bus stop right outside taking you to central Berlin and also the train station at Ostbahnhof which wasn't a far walk anyway, maybe 10 minutes. Mercedesplatz was just behind the hotel too which was really good and had a wide range of places to eat and drink and always a great atmosphere. wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Berlin.

Good hotel, reasonable, great location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

Blocked Floor Drain: One evening, as I prepared to take a shower, I noticed that the floor drain was completely blocked. This was highly inconvenient and unexpected. As a hotel guest, I believe it is not my responsibility to unclog drains manually. The task was unpleasant and should have been addressed by the hotel staff promptly. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning Services: The cleaning services provided during my stay were disappointing. We had to repeatedly request basic cleaning essentials such as vacuuming and toilet paper. It was frustrating to spend a significant portion of our vacation time coordinating with the cleaning staff, especially considering that our requests were not excessive. 3. Inadequate Floor Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. This gave a poor first impression and indicated a lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. 4. Inconsistent Trash Management: The handling of trash was inconsistent. While one of the trash cans was emptied, the other remained full, suggesting an incomplete job by the housekeeping staff. Consistency in maintaining cleanliness is crucial for a pleasant guest experience. 5. Inconsistent Towel Change Service: The towel change service was also inconsistent. Some days, the towels were replaced, while on other days, they were not. This inconsistency can leave guests feeling uncertain about the level of service they can expect during their stay. 6. Misleading Information about Air Conditioning: One of the most significant issues we faced was the absence of the air conditioning system that was promised on ***********. This was particularly problematic as we had a family member with asthma, and the lack of cool air aggravated their symptoms. False information provided regarding amenities is not only misleading but also poses potential health risks to guests. I hope this review provides comprehensive feedback that will assist the management in identifying areas for improvement. It is my sincere hope that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues, ensuring that future guests have a more positive and comfortable stay at your hotel. Due to these problems, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned.
