From the hearty reception above the size of the comfort room with separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Kirche, just all was true.
The hotel is very well connected to the Bf.Friedrichstr., the East Train Station and as the most important to the HBF. The Hbf can also be reached conveniently with the U5 from the Station Museum Island. Our goal was the museum island, which is accessible by foot.
 The breakfast buffet was very good and varied with the greeting smoothy through the bread/bread selection to the ,,Ovo station, i.e. omelette on request. Since ARCOTEL is an Austrian chain comes the coffee and the juices of Meindl and/or smoke. That is the quality.
The house is fully recommendable, according to our findings.
If the incident had not been with my double booking of a no-storno rate, which would have been decided by the hotel with no culant(gutschein of any height) ,we could have been able to call the stay a round.

The hotel is located in a very central location and quite comfortable. However, I am very disappointed with the service attitude of the reception. It seems that he is a stranger to Asia because he is not friendly to us. However, room staff and other staff are friendly.

Breakfast was decent, but I prefer Adina’s breakfast. Good location especially when you listen to the berlin state opera. But very stupid when the lowest grade of rooms do not provide kettle (you have to pay for a higher price room in order to have those). I mean, those should be considered “basic”.
