we had a street view cosy room which was near the station, just that it’s next to tram and train noises at night Recommend to all!

My second time staying there, room was better, less noisy side of the building, bigger and better bathroom, and air conditioning actually working comparing to previous time, but still was very loud so you can’t really sleep with it. Overall experience 4.5/5. Great location with many restaurants and places to visit around it.

Fantastic little hotel located in a prime location! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were all clean, and it looked so pretty. Definitely recommend it!

Too noisy and the electrical room went off 2 hours

The room was really amazing, the heater is work that is give me a warm winter and breakfast was nice there is a lot of options

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Museum Island, with convenient transportation and convenient eating and shopping around. The room is small, but well-equipped and clean. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. There is no kettle in the room, and the front desk actively helped solve it.

The best hotel for this European trip The overall facilities are relatively new, clean and hygienic, and the rooms are relatively large! The lobby manager at night is very friendly, just like we are his family!

The staff at reception and at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Unfortunately the bar was closed. The room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet, which is remarkable for such a central location. The room was very small and the bed very narrow. The room had everything I needed for one night.
