Clean rooms with a small kitchenette. Easy to check in. Helpful staff. The location is very close to the Moritzplatz Ubahn station, making it easy to get around the city. The building is set back from the street, ensuring it is fairly quite, even when people are being loud on the weekends on the street.

My son has contacted me after staying at this accommodation after being bitten by bed bugs. If this isn’t bad enough the mattress and bedding was heavily stained with human bodily fluids including faeces.

CAREFUL!!! They canceled my reservation 24 hours before the start of the stay, and then they put it at a higher price. I cannot rate the apartment, but if practical, having had the reservation for a long time, they canceled my reservation saying that they could not charge the card (all the information was correct). Neither booking nor the apartment have given me a solution, having to look for other, much more expensive accommodation on my own.

Eigentlich eine gute Ausgangslage: Schönes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung mit einer kleinen Küche inkl. Küchenutensilien, gute Lage (zentral, aber ruhig)... ... aber dennoch fällt das Fazit nach zwei Besuchen dort recht genmischt aus. Teilweise kaputte Installationen, nicht ordentlich sauber, ein netter aber uninspirierter Rezeptionsservice (das eine Mal) bzw. eine etwas komplizierte Zugangsregelung (das andere Mal). Das nächste Mal dann doch wieder etwas anderes in der Gegend. Selber Preis, mehr Komfort und Qualität.
