Well located hotel in downtown Bilbao. Good beds, quiet, dark bedroom. Good bathroom, staff friendly.

Good central location, decent breakfast, clean, comfortable typical ibis. Various restaurant options nearby. But room was very hot in the night and window was sealed which spoilt my sleep

I didn't like this part of the city very much, somehow for me the center is closer to the river and the museum. But the hotel has good service, there is a bar street below, I was so tired that I didn't hear anyone from there. The room is clean, there are shower gels and towels, but other amenities are for an extra fee

The hotel is located approximately 17 minutes walk from the river area and the Guggenheim. In the portal next door there is a GOiko and a burgerking, there are also bars, bakeries and cafes The staff is very friendly, they have a locker where you can leave your luggage if you need to. In my case I reserved parking, since parking in the surroundings is complicated and it is a green/blue/red zone, they allowed us to leave the car longer than we had booked at no additional cost... so great! Good value for money The room on the fifth floor, attic style, the window could not be opened completely for security reasons, comfortable bed, only one pillow per person (that is the only drawback I can say) They provide a reusable bottle to be able to refill with cold/hot filtered water that they have on each of the floors, providing free water to all guests Spacious bathroom with shower Excellent cleaning

Top hotel, parking at 10 euros per night, next to several restaurants, bars, grocery store, and a few steps from the center. We were extremely surprised by the size, the comfort of the bedding and especially the silence in the hotel. We had a great stay! Thank you very much!

Hotel with small rooms and no great luxuries, but it makes up for it with an excellent location and attentive and friendly staff. Unbeatable quality-price ratio.

Normal chain hotel, small room. There is parking for 10 euros, there are enough places

The room is very small. Except for towels, no other personal items are provided, not even water cups. This is the first time I have encountered this. It is so weird. The breakfast is average, there is no vegetable salad, but everything else is good. The location is good, it is very convenient to go out for shopping and eat and drink. The pillow is very uncomfortable, and it feels like the pillowcase is full of gas. The overall evaluation is average, and I will not stay next time.

The room and the treatment of the employees are great! I will definitely book it again when I return. The location is great
