The hotel's location is great, and its facilities are impressive! The front desk staff, particularly 黄大静 , 韦羽僮 and 佘煊斐 were extremely helpful in addressing our queries and providing valuable information. Additionally, the assistant manager 陆华玲 demonstrated exceptional care and concern for our well-being when the typhoon struck!

Everything about this place is wonderful!!! Coming back for more!

Absolutely delighted with our stay! Several thoughtful touches truly stood out. As soon as we entered, the front desk staff offered us two cups of hot tea. Noticing renovations on some floors, they proactively upgraded us to a VIP room. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured two king-sized beds! The breakfast restaurant on the 18th floor not only offered a wide variety of delicious dishes but also provided beautiful views of Guangzhou. What was particularly impressive was a QR code on each table, allowing guests to easily submit any feedback or express dissatisfaction – a truly valuable initiative! Breakfast coffee could also be taken out of the restaurant, complete with takeaway paper cups and carriers. Upon checking out, the front desk staff even presented us with a small gift bag and two bottles of water! These excellent practices are something other hotels should definitely emulate!

The hotel was great, with high-quality rooms. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. And the late-night congee was a perfect touch.

Good location for a business trip, very close to the train station. It can get a little noisy if you open the window, but the windows provide excellent soundproofing. Overall service was great, consistent with Atour's usual high standards. The laundry room on the 9th floor is very well-equipped.

I checked in very late. After freshening up, I discovered a stray hair on the bed. I then had to call for staff to change the bedding, and it was almost 1 AM by the time I finally got to sleep due to all the hassle.

I've really come to love staying at Atour hotels these days. However, I've noticed significant differences between individual Atour properties. I'm not sure how to differentiate them when booking – does it just come down to the price? For example, some Atour hotels feature fully automated toilets and electric curtains. This particular Atour was booked due to its proximity to the train station.

The hotel is in a very good location and the hotel itself is comfortable to live in with rooms ranging from all sizes based on your needs. Good service and good breakfast too.

Great location with friendly staff. We enjoy our stay and really thanks for the staffs who always take care of our need and greeting us all the time. Cleaners also very friendly and they do their best to make our room clean and comfort.

I landed at 22:00 from Dubai and arrived at the hotel entrance gate at 23:55. The security guard wouldn't allow our car to drive into the parking area, so I couldn't take out my luggage there. I had to unload my things on the street and walk through the boom gate.

I stayed here since the location is central and I enjoy the neighborhood. Taking Didi is very convenient. I would recommend staying here. The breakfast is GREAT.

Excellent location, just around the corner from metro station, very silky and smooth bedding, room size is small but adequate, very clean, , breakfast buffet is good, there's is a snack at 9:30pm, , it would be nice if room rates include breakfast. I will be back, book it

Hotel room is clean. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel location is excellent. I do not mind coming back to this hotel again next time if I want to say in Sanyuanli.
