UNA HOTELS Expo Fiera Milano Reviews

As a frequent guest of Una Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful; I must commend her and her colleague. I chose Una Hotel because of its excellent facilities, including a separate shower and large bathtub, which I loved. The super king-size bed ensured a good night's sleep, and most toiletries are readily available upon request, something most hotels no longer offer. The secluded location allowed me to enjoy the sunshine and views from the balcony. What I loved most was the hotel's abundant breakfast, with fresh vegetables and fruits, delightful baked goods, and coffee. A friendly lady always greeted me with "Buongiorno!" at the restaurant entrance. Una Hotel is a great choice and will likely remain one of my go-to hotels in the future. Unfortunately, my phone malfunctioned and all the photos I took during my stay are gone. So I can only express my appreciation for the hotel and staff through words. I highly recommend Una!

The hotel itself is big and has over 500 something rooms. My room was very relaxing, tranquil, very sunny and quiet. The breakfast was above average compare to what Italians eating for breakfast. The hotel is 12 minutes walking distance from metro station and 20 minutes to Penny, and other shops. The location is good. The only downside if you having an early flight to the airport,  there is no public transportation available, taxi is expensive charged by the hotel for €140. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel,  unfortunately leaves between 6:30AM-8:30 AM, and in the evening for about 2 hours. In the hotel there is a small gym only. It is value for money.

This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. However the location is not very suitable. It’s far away from everything in a street that mostly has warehouses. Pero metro station is also not that close. It takes 14 mins to reach Pero metro station. Pero metro has line M1 which is quite convenient because all the major attractions in central Milan are on line M1 and can be reached within 20 mins after boarding the metro. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to city centre in the morning and in the evening.

Amzing hotel for our 3 nights including breakfast 10 min walk to metro and we got a 3 day travel card There is also a shuttle bus to the metro at certain times so used that wen leaving Was clean room cleaned daily Would highly recommend if you want to be out of the city and don’t mind a 15 min metro and a short walk

the room was perfect and there are a direct lift to the parking which is more convenient.

Room was good Hotel was good Breakfast good But The staff not friendly all in check-in and check out They forget or don’t know how to smile!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to a persistent water issue that has led to a significant mosquito problem, which the management seems to be aware of. Despite this, they continue to allocate rooms on the side of the building heavily affected by the mosquito infestation. My partner and I were unable to sleep during our first night because we were constantly bitten, and we were informed that we couldn't switch rooms until the following morning. The next day, my partner's skin was severely irritated, with numerous bites causing swelling on her legs and arms. The subsequent nights were filled with discomfort and itching, which overshadowed our experience in Milan. We are now back in the UK and currently in the hospital, as both my partner and I have fallen ill due to the bites. It seems irresponsible for the hotel to continue offering rooms without addressing this issue or providing solutions like mosquito nets or repellent devices. They even suggested using a strong insect spray in our room, which would expose us to harmful chemicals while we slept, a solution that feels completely unreasonable. Be aware location is far from everything

Good service and tidy. They provided everything we needed. The buffet in the morning was also recommended. There were many food options. But the sound insulation is poor. I could hear sounds from room next to us the whole night. It made me unable to sleep well.

Booked queen for couple bed but when we checkin its 3 single beds in room

Best location. Easy access to Milano Centrale train station and a lot of good restaurants.

Good hotel had a lovely time. Easy access and chrck in was good.
