I love everything about this hotel Bernerhof Interlaken. Near to the Interlaken West Station, great breakfast, everything was good. Would definately stay here again if we visit switzerland❤️

Conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the station, right in the main commercial area, and very close to a supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-laid out, and even had a small balcony.

All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

Cozy hotel conveniently near Interlaken West station. Room was small but well maintained, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast spread. Would visit again!

The front desk staff were excellent. Guests receive a free Interlaken transport pass. Breakfast was average, but it starts at 7 AM, which is very convenient for early departures. Our room offered direct views of the Jungfrau (the photo was taken from inside the room).

The hotel's location in Interlaken center is very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room heating was excellent and the view from the window was beautiful. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. The staff were very enthusiastic.

Excellent location right next to Interlaken west station. Very convenient with the bus and train station just 2 mins away from hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. Enjoyed the clean and well maintained room.

The location is right next to the West Train Station, but it's surprisingly quiet. You can even see the Jungfrau from the small balcony. We booked a triple room. The room itself wasn't huge, featuring three single beds. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and a handy shelf provided ample space for our toiletries. The room also came with a small balcony adorned with fresh flowers, offering a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau in the distance. Being able to dine while enjoying such unparalleled scenery was undoubtedly the room's greatest added value.
