All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

Cozy hotel conveniently near Interlaken West station. Room was small but well maintained, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast spread. Would visit again!

The hotel is very close to Interlaken West station, and the balcony offers views of snow-capped mountains. It's a good option overall.

The front desk staff were excellent. Guests receive a free Interlaken transport pass. Breakfast was average, but it starts at 7 AM, which is very convenient for early departures. Our room offered direct views of the Jungfrau (the photo was taken from inside the room).

The staff is really not nice, no air con, a little bit old hotel.

Excellent location right next to Interlaken west station. Very convenient with the bus and train station just 2 mins away from hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. Enjoyed the clean and well maintained room.

The location is pretty good, making it quite convenient for getting around. They also provided an Interlaken guest card, which was a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We booked a triple room. The room itself wasn't huge, featuring three single beds. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and a handy shelf provided ample space for our toiletries. The room also came with a small balcony adorned with fresh flowers, offering a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau in the distance. Being able to dine while enjoying such unparalleled scenery was undoubtedly the room's greatest added value. The owner was very welcoming and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. There's also a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. While the coffee itself was just average, it certainly showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Breakfast didn't offer a vast selection, which seems to be common in Swiss hotels. However, with items like bread, eggs, various cheeses, cold cuts, and fruit, we could still enjoy a satisfying meal.

Good location in interlaken west. The facilities is good. Really value for money. Highly recommend

The lift broke down, i had to carry luggages from fifth floor, a pain point else the cleanliness of the room is excellent

Nice room with balcony where you can enjoy the mountain. Located right next to west interlaken station. Friendly staff and fresh breakfast.
