The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The air conditioner is cold, the room has no odor, and the sheets are clean. The only downside is that there is a nightclub nearby at night, which affects the rest a bit.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
