station so very near Bull Ring and other attractions as Birmingham Library which looks like a cake!Amazing!
Easy check in and out. Hotel has a luggage area so on check out we managed to stroll around comfortably. Friendly staff like Elsa. Good breakfast. I love the vegetarian sausages and the cute, soft little pancakes. Coffee is important for me so I loved that they have 3 coffee machines so no long queue! The reception area has a very nice smell. I want to buy the air freshener they use☺️ Clean room with a very nice view. Had a good stay except that some nearby guests would rather close their doors so loudly that it disrupted my sleep. I just wish people could be a bit respectful.
The room has a terrible moldy smell, no ventilation, the air conditioning drips water all night. There are staff but no sense of service from the lady at the front desk.
We recently booked 2 rooms. We had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn NEC Birm, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great location for us - we were attending a women’s football game at Aston which was a 30 minute walk away.
Lots of eateries over the way.
The only negative I can comment on was the fact the road sign was not lit so we missed the turn off as it’s tucked down a little slip road.
We had a good stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.
