A very good hotel. The hotel is only better with the wonderful and helpful staff! The front desk staff helped us when we were in trouble. Thank you very much!

The hotel room is quite big, parking is very convenient, the parking lot is large, but the single beds here are 80 cm and a bit narrow. Everything else is good, the hotel breakfast is very good, a very standard English breakfast, and it is also very attentive.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Birmingham, with relatively convenient transportation. There is a leisure shopping mall with concentrated restaurants next to it. The hotel facilities are average and there are relatively few seats in the breakfast area.
