The mini fridge doesn’t even turn on, so you cannot have decent tempature water in a humid area for the price you pay

Great stay as always. We love this hotel and the staff! The location, the clean rooms and the attention to fun details in the rooms and at breakfast, we cant get enough of it.
The warm welcome from the staff, they speak both Spanish and good English, make our stay memorable every time.
You can't go wrong if you choose this hotel for your stay!

Another great stay at one of our favorite hotels in Bogotá! The warm welcome of the staff, the clean and spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet, we loved it again.
It's close to many good restaurants, and walking distance of the commercial centre.
The staff made our stay amazing again, big thanks to you all!
And the attention to details is great and so much fun!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I love it. The room are nice, friendly staff and great service. My only comment is about the TV as it was not working properly. I like to watch TV early in the morning when I am getting ready and this time the TV was not working as it should

Excellent Service! Super friendly team!
Nice room (S), great overall hotel, and excellent service. Recommended. The only downside on this trip was that the room was beneath the rooftop bar, Apache, which had live music until almost 1 a.m.
