The hotel is in their safe zone. There is a small park next to it, which is very safe at night. There is a McDonald's and a seafood restaurant (a little expensive) in the hotel. The hotel room is good, with a good balcony (very convenient for smokers). The only problem is that there is not enough mineral water in the room, only a coffee machine but no kettle. However, there is coffee and water in the lobby. The business area also has a balcony, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also rich... So far, it is the best NH hotel I have stayed in Bogota, comparable to a 5-star hotel... It is also convenient to take Uber wherever I go. I will choose this hotel next time

The hotel is at a good location in Chapinero being close to main streets, ATMs, banks, hospitals, etc. The staff was always very warm and respectful. The bed and pillows were very comfy and you can have a good night rest. The wifi is pretty fast once you’re connected.

I was lucky enough to stay at the same hotel as the Independiente Santa Fe football team from Colombia and even managed to get a photo with some of the players! The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, offered a pleasant and quiet environment, making it an excellent choice for business travelers.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the service is very good. Although the scale is not large, the facilities and conditions in all aspects are quite good. Several staff at the front desk are very professional and responsible.

The location of the hotel is great because it is right at 93 park, which makes it easier to walk from there to several restaurants and to the park itself, the bed was very comfortable, the staff of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good. So it is basically a great place to stay if you want to be at a cool area. One thing I did not love so much was that the rooms have thin walls so I could hear whenever a person was walking in the hall, closing a door or even snoring. Another thing is that the windows were hard to open and close, to the point that I was not able to close the room window during the last night of our stay.

KKenny Kai YuenGreat F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.

1 In the rooms it was very cold, heating was not provided, on the street at night there were only +10C degrees.
2 5 floors without elevator, on a narrow screw staircase did not have to frequent exits from the room.

Holiday Inn breakfasts elsewhere have a wide variety of breakfasts and espresso machines. This is not very attractive

DDavidIt's a love motel, that also doubles as a simple, comfortable, well-located, guest-friendly hotel for longer stays. No breakfast, but food and other products can be ordered, and the price per night is very economical. This time I upgraded to the exclusive room with spa bath, and enjoyed it.
