Your feedback is very important to us, and we would like to respond to some of the points you have raised. First of all, we would like to point out that your stay coincided with the period of one of the city's most important trade fairs, which led to a higher demand and consequently higher rates than during periods without major events. However, we would like to point out that our rates remain among the most competitive in the city. With regard to bed linen, in many hostels it is customary for guests to have their beds made on arrival or to be provided with their own sleeping bags In our case, we provide cotton linen, but we are not obliged to do so (especially in dormitories, where there is no demand for pre-made beds). That the dispensers for the toiletries were empty is very puzzling to us, as they are refilled on a daily basis, and the colleague on duty informs me that he immediately rectified the problem as soon as he pointed it out, so we apologise again for the inconvenience. Regarding the bathroom structure, we are aware that the layout may seem unconventional, but unfortunately it is not possible to add an extra door for structural reasons. Furthermore, as this is an exclusively female dormitory, privacy should have been respected. We apologise if this was not adequately perceived. Finally, we understand the comment regarding curtains for the beds: our beds are handmade, and the current structure does not allow for the installation of curtains. However, it is an interesting idea that we will consider in order to improve our guests' experience. We thank you again for your constructive feedback. We hope that you can continue to explore Bologna with peace of mind and that you will find accommodation that best meets your needs. We wish you a pleasant continuation of your trip.

Your behavior was inappropriate, selfish, and extremely disrespectful to other guests.The reception desk is more than 20 meters from your room and is a high-traffic area. Even so, our staff could clearly hear the sound of your electric shaver, which shows just how much you were disturbing the guests in nearby rooms.What is even more serious is that you chose to make an unfounded insinuation of racial discrimination. Such unreasonable and offensive accusations not only undermine the efforts of our staff, but also unfairly label us with ******—something we absolutely will not tolerate or accept.Respect is essential to us, especially considering the large number of guests we welcome from all over the world. Your comment not only harms our reputation but is also a serious insult to our work.

Wie bei der Buchung angegeben, sind die Betten bei Ankunft nicht bezogen und Handtücher – wie in den meisten italienischen Hostels – kostenpflichtig. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude ist nutzbar; dass dir keine Gebühr berechnet wurde, war eine kulante Entscheidung unsererseits.
