I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything was fantastic. The room was very clean, and the staff were all so kind and accepting. From the cleaners to the front desk, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful, and I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is located pretty well considering it’s distance to most attractions in the city. Which was for me the best part of staying here. I was let down by the staff not speaking any English, you would think having such a ‘grand’ hotel in the Southern part of Chengdu, the hotel would hire someone who has at least some degree of English.
I thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast, the spread was really well balanced having a combination of western and asian options.

This hotel felt more like an apartment and had the conveniences of a home. We were equipped with a microwave and washing machine which worked. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is near lots of restaurants and close to line 1 which takes you into Tian Fu Square in around 45minutes. Also, the Chengdu MOCA (Meet You Museum) is a 12 minute walk away and well worth the visit.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at Neptune Hotel.

The room is clean and tidy. We upgraded to a deluxe family room for free. It's very heartwarming. The service is in place. We turned on the air conditioner in advance to warm up the house. I like the hotel.
