Good customer service, nice view, very clean beddings and room was spotless

this is amazing, i stayed here with my friend. he said he liked me and hugged me from behind. i can't believe that night has passed. maybe i will come here again next weekend, it was so much fun with him

Booked for two nights but finished my business early only stayed one night. Room was ok as was the hotel. Basic, does what it says on the tin. Bit more soap might have been helpful, but geographically it was fine. Comfortable, warm enough, not noisy. I’d use it again.

Great value basic accommodation it does the job, felt comfortable, rooms were clean. Exceeded my expectations in a way - compared to other Britannia hotels I’ve stayed in I would say this was by far the best. But knew what to expect. Large rooms with big bathrooms - easy to access best bit was the staff incredibly friendly helpful and welcoming - that made the extra difference. This isn’t ever going to be high end but great value for money - great service - would go back yes

In an ideal location close to the motorway but far enough for it to be quite. Small room but ideal for 1 person and at a great price it was my 2nd time using the hotel

A decent couple of days stay. Close to motorways. Not a lot going on nearby but OK for a base. Free parking was a plus, I personally think having to pay extra for WiFi is very 2005. It should be free to guests. WiFi is such an integral part of our lives now, it is like charging extra for running water. Didn't eat at the restaurant. Would stay again if doing business in the area.

The room was accessible for wheelchair users, and the bathroom had more than enough space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.

Nice size room with a fridge I booked it for my son as we were in the holiday inn near by and I popped in and was very impressed as well as having a nice size room the bathroom was really large compared to the holiday inn and to my surprise there was a fridge, again something that I didn’t have it had tea and coffee making facilities as well as ironing board and iron, it is in need o Some TLC as it is a little shabby and some of the blinds need replacing and the carpets and flooring need updating and the car park has a lot of pot holes but if you want something cheap and clean it’s probably worth a visit and I myself will give it a try the next time I am in Bolton

Forgot to add a travel cot onto the booking which wasn’t a problem as one was arranged straight away as we were checking in. Thank you to Emma lovely as always. Will be back again soon

Room was supposed to be a double executive but the bed was a tiny bed. Kettle wasn't working, no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom the disoenser was empty. Check out 10am when people are still tired and sleeping housekeeping comes banging on the door.
