I recently stayed at **The Lind Boracay**, and while the hotel **looks great from the outside**, my experience with the **service and facilities** was disappointing.
Despite the hotel's stylish and modern design, the **service felt unprofessional**, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The overall experience felt **bland and empty**, with little effort to make guests feel truly welcome or valued.
The **biggest issue was the room's maintenance**. Inside the shower, there was a **leak from the ceiling, dripping through the lightbulb**, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the **bathtub lid wouldn’t close and remained open at all times**, which was frustrating.
The only truly positive aspects of the stay were the **breakfast, which was enjoyable**, and the **aesthetic appeal of the building itself**. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I believe there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of service quality and room maintenance.

Our stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. Let me start with the good points: the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities—such as the gym, kids' club, spa, and swimming pools—were impressive. The location is also amazing.
However, two major issues overshadowed these positives and would prevent me from returning.
Events and Weddings: During our 3-night stay, events disrupted our experience on 2 nights. On the first day, the rooftop infinity pool was closed to all hotel guests due to a private event. It felt unfair—having a beautiful pool but being unable to use it because it was rented out to someone else. On the third day, half of the beach area was occupied by a wedding setup, and loud music could be heard from our room until 10 PM. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a 5-star resort. Instead, it felt like being at a nightclub.
The noise was particularly frustrating because we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old child who usually goes to bed at 8:30 PM but couldn’t sleep until 10 PM due to the loud music. After the wedding ended at 10 PM, the staff began cleaning and moving equipment back to the building, creating significant noise until 11:45 PM. This happened repeatedly, with loud sounds every 15 minutes (Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos to give an idea of the noise experience due to size limitations, but I’ve included screenshots below). For a hotel charging over $300 per night, this level of disturbance is unacceptable.
Service Speed and Quality: The service was consistently slow and inconsistent. Simple requests, like asking for ice to be delivered to our room, took up to an hour. At the beach restaurant, it took 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even after asking multiple times. There were also mix-ups, such as being brought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc instead of the Chardonnay we ordered.
While the hotel has many great features, the lack of consideration for guests during events and the poor service quality significantly impacted our experience. For the price paid, we expected much better.

From start to finish, exceptional service levels from super friendly and professional staff. Faculties were ALL amazing, had 2 room types booked, Beach and Garden, both with exceptional views. A strong mention that HOUSEKEEPING was perfect and precise, overall the best property I’ve stayed at in many years! This should be everyone’s GO TO for Boracay. In house restaurant was good but after 2-3 days it can get boring. At check in, being told external food permitted wasn’t justified. There’s only 1 restaurant at The Lind, you can’t restrict guests. Overall I give this one of my highest Resort Ratings 10/10! Views, to die for!!

🙌🏽🔥❤️ love this place! It was perfect for the type of Boracay stay that we planned - super comfortable, great facilities, private beachfront area to chill and relax. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Monday- Thursday was quiet but there was a Thursday night party that I think the whole island heard. Morning breakfast spread was really good. This place was PERFECT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
